Met Jeff at a wedding festival in January. Tried the pork with his sauce and it was absolutely delicious. We tried other places but we ended up coming back to Hit the Pit. Jeff had us come for a tasting and I couldn't help but notice that he has a 100 health score. On top of that, everything he prepared for us was amazing. These guys catered the food at our wedding. The catering menu was extensive and provided everything we would want in terms of BBQ. On the big day, they showed up well-ahead of schedule with all of the food prepped and packaged neatly. The gentleman who delivered the food was friendly and helpful. Very good BBQ. They have a location at discount shoes that I went to and it was delicious. Very reasonable price and super quick to make the food. Definitely recommend if you are in the area and need some lunch.
