“Awesome Taco Bell location!! They were very polite while taking my order and when I arrived. They greeted me with a lot of respect. Them they took my order. The person taking my order knew everything about the menu and ordering went very smoothly. Next we got our food. It was made in a timely manner and our order was correct!! Every time we come to this Taco Bell our order is correct. That's why we continue coming back here, because they get our order right the first time. I highly recommend this total to Taco Bell location if you're in the area and wanting some tacos.“

“This was hands down the best Bojangles experience I have ever had. Stopped in this past Sunday, the woman who took our order (do not know her name), she was on top of it. She made sure we had updates to our food that had a wait time. You could hear her in the kitchen making sure that everyone was also staying on top of things. She was kind of the other customers as well. The food was fantastic. You do not usually get this in Bojangles in Winston Salem. I was extremely pleased by the service and food that was delivered to us. Keep up the great work, it was impressive! Cannot wait to return.“

It didn't use to cost a whole family $60 to eat but now it does, and what happened to the homemade gravy? Why would they take that away? Gravy is a staple in the south and they are using store-bought? Nuh-uh unacceptable“

“The employees were friendly. The main reason that they received 5 stars is their customer service. My older brother and I went to get breakfast for everyone before our father's funeral, and I left my cell phone there. I didn't realize until we got back to his house. His friend drove out of her way to Hardee's and they had it.“

“Being from California, we had never unheard of a Bojangles, but we’re seeing them EVERYWHERE as we travel through North Carolina so we decided to check it out.

We were there for a late lunch so it was practically empty and we got our food almost immediately.

The chicken tenders were great, biscuit was. List and fluffy and the Mac and cheese was delicious!

All in all a solid place for some fast food.“

“Early Sunday AM I needed 3 gallons of tea. The workers had arrived at 4 AM to open at 5:00 AM. It was a bit after 7 AM. They were cheerful and so polite. 2 gallons were ready but a 3rd gallon needed to be made. It happens so quickly that I did not feel like I had to wait at all. “Quoted 40-50 minutes and waited an hour with no delivery. I called and Amanda was so helpful! She explained they were short staffed and apologized for the inconvenience and remade my food before it was going to be delivered so that it would still be delivered fresh. I understand that issues happen sometimes but they handled it great; offered to refund my full order! Delivery driver also apologized for the delay and was so kind! Food came hot and delicious!“
