“They close at 11 and I got there right at 10 but the bread was fresh and my sub was delicious. The guy that took my order was super nice and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. I really appreciate the politeness-most fast food places have gone downhill tremendously since covid began so its nice to see a place that does their job.“

“I did not know about this restaurant until they catered something at work one morning. Ever since that morning, it has been my go-to when I don't pick my lunch for work. I always get the lunch combo with the hot brown sandwich. It is good every time! The cookies are really good too. If I get something at breakfast, it is always the Harley and it has always been good.“

“Ordered the spicy dill hook n ladder, got home and realized there was no meat or cheese. Went back and as politely as I could informed the crew of the mistake. They were more than happy to re make my sandwich and unexpectedly offered me a refund. 100% recommend them, truly awesome sammiches from great people!“

“We went there late evening and the employees were nice and efficient. The Big Kahuna chicken sub on wheat bread was excellent. My husband and I shared a Giant size and it was enough for the two of us. For all the mixed reviews this place gets, I was surprised because everything was very good.“

“I loved the ultimate club but went by on 9/2/2022 and was told they discontinued the sandwich I just like to know WHY!! I am sure it sold good as a sandwich and I am sure the other sandwiches are good but the ultimate club was my go to sandwich on Friday when I stop in to get me a sub PLEASE!!! bring it back“

“The subway in Newton North Carolina I visit often and have noticed over the past two years. The service and the product sometimes are hit and miss but over the past three or four months five months I’ve noticed is getting better each time I go. I especially want to give a shout out to one of the workers named Jessica. I would say the whole time I was there at any given moment she was working on 4 to 5 subs at a time and was pumping them out faster than the cashier, and the vegetable person could even keep close, my sandwiches, weremade very neat and to order exactly very easy to eat. Even with all the items that were placed on the sandwich definitely will return. I hope Jessica’s there because that’s how a Subway sandwich is supposed to look not desolate and not over bearing to where it’s just ridiculous a nice solid sub And not to mention about can’t beat some good old subway cookies, so Jessica and your team keep up the good work and I’ll continue to keep coming there just to see those personnel that work the evening shift so that I know I’ll have top quality professional service, and eat my sandwich or my sub with a big smile on my face Thanks again to Jessica and her team“

“I mean it's a Subway I do think their prices are a little too high for what you get now considering nothing's really changed except for the price and cheaper ingredients. But I do like there sandwiches and if I'm going to one around springs road I always go to this one. The one besides Sakura and village inn on springs road is terrible probably the worst one. So this is always a good choice“

“Yesterday 3-23-2025 i came in with my mother and small children. YOUR EMPLOYEES WAS EXTREMELY GREAT, the cashier Brea was running dine in cashier managing drive through and jumping in to help on the line as yall was extremely busy Extremely busy and all employees kept a positive attitude and kept pushing to make sure everybody was taking care of Highly satisfied with the employees YOUR CUSTOMERS WHERE EXTEWMLY RUDE TO YOUR EMPLOYEES and still yet the memebers kept a smile and proceeded to help assist the situation i can honestly say the group of members you had this morning is remarkable they encounter rude rude guest there was only three people working in the entire store and we still waited

“My husband and I decided to get subway today for lunch the site wouldn't work online to order to pick up it kept saying out of stock I decided to test my luck and call in the guy answered and took my order he was such a sweetheart I forgot to ask his name but however he made my sandwiches with perfection I wished the lettuce was a little fresher however it was delicious .“
