“This restaurant is in a strip mall that completely misleads the quality of this food. I just ordered some to be delivered, it was brought in a paper bag. Think of your seafood cooked in a flavorful soup, then ladled into a plastic bag, then into another plastic bag, then the bags are placed in a paper bag. Seems sketch, right? Probably the best seafood I've had in Durham. Never judge a book by the cover. This food was EXCEPTIONAL. It's tasty, it's messy, and it's worth it.“

“Pros: Food tastes good, The guy in the register is so nice. They don’t do half and half flavours for 8wings. They only do that for 11 and above. But the guy made it for us even for the 8 wings. ALSO most important is they have Vegan wings

“Stopped by for a quick bite and the boneless wings did not disappoint. Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and tossed in just the right amount of sauce. The fries were golden, seasoned just right, and seriously addictive. Great portions for the price and fast, friendly service. Definitely a go-to spot when you’re craving comfort food done right!“

“Jennifer with Offline - This is a hidden gem- upstairs! What a great place. Counter order, but great service (especially with a nut allergy) and brought all the food to the table. We got a specialty pizza (Dan’s) and a large house salad- easily fed 3 of us. Delicious food, great service and eclectic atmosphere. Loved it! Will be back.“

“I love this location. I’ve had 1 issue and it wasn’t their fault it was really mine because I didn’t read the menu correctly. I called the store and explained the issue and the Assistant manager was a huge help. She insisted on fixing it even though it was my fault, this says a lot! There is a great leadership team and an amazing employees. I normally go in the night after work and I’ve always got hot food and fresh . They are my favorite location ! I’m big on customer service and how I get treated and will advocate for them. Advice to anyone that has an issue with this location, give them a chance to fix an issue. Everyone has made errors in their lifetime it’s not fair that we hold them to a higher standard. Be understanding to certain situations. Before calling corporate to complain call the store first. I wouldn’t advise that if I didn’t know from experience with this location, that customers are important to them!“

“20% of my boneless wings were barely a sliver of chicken. host would not seat me at a booth because they were reserved by customers for a UFC fight that was to start 2 hours later. then the host seated others in booths and they finished their meals and left before 10pm. I finished mine by 930pm. server disappeared for long periods of time. then I could my server at a stand up table eating.“

“Never disappointed here. Absolutely fresh and tasty pizzas and sides. The staff is wonderful and ever busy. They always run some interesting offers. Sauces and even chilli flakes are charged extra. That was weird. I will still continue to visit whenever I crave for good pizzas.

“Little Caesars pizza normally tastes like the cheapest pizza with the worst ingredients. This particular location has it dialed in and consistently delivers a quality pizza for the money. Recently moved to this side of town and they've set a new standard in excellence for the chain. Pleasantly surprised“

“Second time we've order from this location this month. I make sure to talk with the store directly, as in the past, the call center has butchered my order. Unfortunately, both this time & the last time they were slightly off on the orders even calling the store, but the food was awesome. I'll definitely give them another try since I know our order isn't a straight order & we change things around.“

“I Love coming to Zaxbys on Roxboro rd. It's my Favorite one to go to and I've never had a problem with them until today...and reason for this one time complaint (I hope) I'm a regular there and I always get the Cobb Salad the most and Normally it's a woman who prepares the orders (food) and I swear she's the BEST 👌 👍!!! But today on 12/09/2024 @ 5: 16 pm there was a young man with glasses who made my food who doesn't cut up your tomatoes or your bacon and I'm assuming he just doesn't care the way he makes the salads because I had a puddle of liquid of something...either from the tomatoes or cucumbers or water bc I had to take 3 Napkins to absorb all of that liquid from under my lettuce which wasn't much of that either...from the bottom of my salad tray and that cost me a lil over 10 dollars and I'm not happy at all....Please do better bc this is the first time and I Pray it's the last time.....“
