A good experience for a quick bite.
Ammmm too much food
I would like to recognize this location for their service! I usually go to southpoint because it is closer to my office but I’ve been avoiding ut so to the customer service I’ve received there. The employees at the 751 location were very friendly and warm, it felt like they wanted to be there!

However, takeout service has been a problem, with one customer waiting more than 10 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and finding it not in the line of sight of the take out shelf. Another customer notes the place was not clean, food was messy, and employees stood around doing nothing, with the manager testing the temperature of the food without cleaning off and using the same thermometer for all the food. Attention to cleaning needs to be more focused. This location is solid for some families, with no complaints about portions, though the black beans are sometimes too salty or have no salt at all. Quality is hit or miss, with rice bowls having hard overcooked pieces of rice that hurt teeth, and skimping on protein, though the flavor is always pretty good and the food is rarely cold. Being open late is nice for a semi-healthy meal.
