“I love to find out of the way places to eat, fast food joints just all suck. My wife and I found this on a trip to attend a wedding. The food was good and the staff were extremely friendly. The other patrons were locals and also very friendly and inviting. If you find yourself in this area you could do much worse than eating here.“

“Called in an order to go for my wife. It was small, consisting of two side items, but the staff were friendly regardless. In the world of restraunts its not uncommon for folks not buying full meals to be treated inadequately but this was not the case at Trails End. Good food at a low price, this is offically a regular visit for me snd my family.“

“Went to crabby Tuesday's which is a all you can eat crab legs option night. We arrived at 8:00 we asked our waitress if it was to late to order all you can eat she told us No with a smile. My first round of crab legs were AMAZING! Four clusters cook to perfection and season just right. My second round came one cluster on a plate.and the season was a little salty. The third round came about 15 mins after we ordered it and again extremely salty. The fourth one cluster round which we ordered around 8:30 came to us cold and extremely salty and this batch wasn't appealing to the eye at all. We did the smart thing and ordered a double round with no season Now it is 8:45... I'm assuming she is the head waitress checks the computer to see how many round we have ordered. It was also another couple in the restaurant not sure how many rounds he had they were there before us.While we are eating the staff are cleaning the back bar area and slinging water and cleaner while we are eating .The staff was very busy cleaning and sort of made us their last priority. Now our food is up it sat on the door window for five minutes. I asked another waitress was that our food she said yes let me tell your waitress.. The waitress was picking up floor mates and she stopped to bring our food without washing her hands. They also informed us that they were cutting the steamers off in two minutes did I want to put another order in with a attitude. I actually think the bad energy was ment for the couple next to use but still.... We did nothing wrong to deserve that bad energy. So now I am feeling rushed and this meal was not cheap!! Very expensive. The tall guy that works in the bar area is wonderful. He needs to be shift manager over the bar area.He actually keeps everything going smooth.I understand that it is almost closing time and you have duties to do before you leave but...Come on people!!!We are paying a lot of money for unsatisfied service.Again... the tall guy that works at the bar is a true Leader he deserves everything good. These Five stars go to him. Only.FYI-- if your wait staff is going to have bad attitudes and give bad service maybe you should stop all you can eat at 8:00 so you can keep smiles on their faces and tips is not affected by there ready to go home attitude.Crab Lover“

“I was pleasantly surprised when I ate lunch here today! I was expecting the typical American grill but what I got was much more. Nicole was a breath of fresh air at the counter to take my order. She greeted me with a smile and helped me decide what to get. In addition to the American burger scene, they have legit Greek food! I savored the chicken souvlaki with fresh made chips and quality brewed sweet tea! I’m coming back and bringing my wife. Highly recommended!“

“Great little dive restaurant in Yadkinville, NC. Serves a nice little variety of meals, with daily specials. Food is like typical southern, American diner style. Breakfast/burgers and a few specialty items. Price is very affordable and the atmosphere is quaint. It reminded me of a cross between Cracker Barrel and a convenience store. (Small and comfortable.) Out in the middle of nowhere, but will definitely visit again!“

“Ok, full disclosure.... I'm not a fan of diners, I know it's so very Un American of me! I expected to leave WestTown disappointed and underwhelmed but I was pleasantly surprised on this trip. I got the Greek omelet with bacon and it was flavorful and stuffed full of tomatoes, spinach and feta. The home fries were crispy and seasoned nicely too. My friend ordered the two egg breakfast that comes with a third egg free if requested. She's southern by birth and gave the accompanying biscuit and sausage gravy a thumbs up. The mimosa flight was disappointing as it tasted more like juice than a bubbly mimosa. But at $10, it shouldn't surprise anyone that it isn't heavy on the alcohol. I would suggest bumping up the price and balancing out the ratio. All in all, I typically avoid diners that have such extensive menus but for a solid breakfast at a great price, I will visit WestTown again. On a fun note, they've recently added a soup flight after a social media post on a "Winston Eats FB Page" requested that such a thing should exist. So far, great reviews on that so maybe I'll try that next time too! Service was fast and friendly ....ambiance is what you would expect. ...Nice family run, casual spot! New ownership so if you've tried them in the past, might be worth another try..... but you really need to be a diner person too“

“A place to I can feel comfortable at and have in the past. This night was mainly listening to the band INCOGNITO on the outdoor patio. The heater could have been turned up a tad bit but the option is there and when it gets warmer they have ceiling fans. The place was packed when we first got there and surprisingly thinned out a little bit even though tournament basketball was still going on. Was nice to listen to great music, by our friends, and also see the scores of the Carolina game and for me St John's the school that I graduated from. Unfortunately SJU lost by just a bit to UCONN. But Carolina had a solid performance and advances with a win over PITT. Hot toddy I guess is not a regular drink they make but the bartender went to the back and see if she could make it and she did. It wasn't the perfect hot toddy but again that's not their specialty. It was nice that they made the effort to make it especially since it was a little damp and cool outside in a hot drink was what the doctor ordered. The aroma from the food smelled great but we didn't have any, we just had drinks and enjoyed the music. A lively atmosphere with a local sort of feeling vibes establishment, not super polished but just comfortable and efficient. In the past and maybe currently and possibly in the future they have burger specials on searching days of the week and if I remember correctly the burgers are well worth it.“
