“Attended a wedding here. 80-100 people. Nice large bar with live edge wood and some stand up stables and the seating area tables were nice and large. The chairs were comfy and not all smuched up . Such a large facility broken up nicely with a pool table and game room, place to make a selfish station, second bar in the back too. The rustic venue was so quaint and perfect. They hired a food truck to serve a meal, which was super smart and magnificent, too. Very clean place and super nice people. Outside grassy area had corn hole, a large connect four games. Would definitely recommend this venue for sure. I'm totally impressed!!!”

“Tried a sample of their offerings during a street fair and was waiting for them to open. Finally sat down with the full menu and absolutely loved it all! Three of us went together and got tastes from each other plates. It was all excellent - quality, taste, presentation - it was all there. Great beer and wine list and excellent dessert. I've partaken all the James Beard Asheville chefs for a while now...as well as any and all "new best thing restaurant" that comes to be. Nothing...I repeat, nothing in WNC compares to The Silo. You will not be disappointed. And if...if you are and you communicate it- they will make it right. You will have one of the best meals of your life.”

Wow are we glad. the food was simply amazing. we had Carmel apple pancakes (to die for!), biscuits and sausage gravy, and a chorizo omelet. Tracy was our server and she was incredibly friendly! we couldnt have asked for a better experience. Fireside will be a must do every time we come to Hendersonville!”
