“We loved our chicken sandwiches but would it kill someone to actually try to have a clean dining area? Lots of employees in the kitchen but no one bothered to go clean the dining room. The tables were dirty, food on the floor, and the drink station needed attention. That is exactly why I limit my KFC intake.“
“I have to admit the food is really good. The only thing I wish they did was to print out orders that come on the chow now asap rather than wait until I come in and ask for my food and they act like they don't know what I'm talking about until they look at the chow now kiosk. So it said my food would be ready for pick up in 15 mins. Once I get there about 20 mins later because I know they are very busy, my food wasn't even noticed until I came in and asked for it. So I actually waited there about 30 mins until all my food was ready. My advise is pay more attention to the chow now kiosk for when orders come through.“
