“Has experiences with multiple individuals with authority. They do actually care about your experience. One of my orders was wrong because of my own doing (I wasn't specific during my order) and the shift manager was very empathetic and accommodating. I didn't accept because I acknowledged my mistake but I really appreciated the gesture. Will definitely come back here and plan to.“

“It has taken me hours to realize what happened. That young manager got it in her mind that I was trying to steal an extra sandwich. She apparently did not believe that they had failed to prepare the sandwich correctly. That's the only thing that would possibly cause her to come out to my table and immediately begin to be rude to me in my 11-year-old grandson. Read the comment that I also posted.“

“Very disappointed in this location. Went to the cow event and my 3 year old wanted a picture/hug with the cow. the cow didn't pay her any attention and barely stayed out before returning to the back. then I tried to order food and the cashier said she would be right back. when she returned she skipped me and my kids when we was trying to order and started taking the people behind us order. we left and took our business to another restaurant.“

“Just wanted to say the staff was very helpful, and our order was made correctly and perfectly. The young gentleman at the register was extremely nice and even accommodated us with 2 free 20 oz sodas because their fountain machine wasn't working properly. “This tacobell is usually pretty awesome , I will say tonight tho I got 2 mini taco salads and one was light chipotle, nether of the boxes was marked so it's just a guessing game and there was no plastic ware or napkins, annddd the chips are ALWAYS upside down“

“My family and I have been to several McDonald's between Huntersville and Forest City. Forest City McDonald's is by far the best we have eaten at in a while. Super friendly staff, great service and clean. I wish we lived closer to this one!!!“

“I am a pregnant mom of 4. I haven't been able to cook much recently due to nausea especially with the smell of cooking food.
The manager Eddie went above and beyond my expectations tonight. The food was delicious and he exhibited excellent customer service when an issue arose with my delivery tonight.
He made my food fresh and even included the original order for the inconvenience. Perfect for lunch for the kiddos tomorrow while they are out of school.
He was super friendly and showed real empathy and he alone is reason enough to return to this Papa John's!!
You never know how much one interaction can change someone's life or day but as long as you have employees like Eddie you will continue to be contributing to the good in the world.

“I hadn't eaten at the Pizza Hut in over a decade. We had a party of 8 dine in, and it was actually a pleasant experience. The food was hot, well made and came to our table at a reasonable time considering how large our party was. The waitress was wondering too. I will definitely go back!“

“Best location in the area in my opinion. Admittedly I eat Subway a lot and I've only ever had this location get my sandwich wrong twice. Once they didn't toast it, and once they put lettuce on when I didn't request it (I always do an online order to pick up). The place is actually clean, too, which is more than I can say for some of the other Shelby locations. The employees are pretty nice, I've never had any issues there.“

“Super nice ladies. They built my sandwich exactly as I wanted. Husbands was great. Both breads were fresh. Only thing I noticed was the veggies were not so fresh. Lettuce wilted, tomatoes dry. Condiments were not in view (oil, vinegar,salt, pepper, mayo...). They did offer them. Overall good. Ty“

“This is by far the best 1 I have eaten at in Rutherford Co.Super friendly 5 star staff , very clean restaurant, awesome subs, wonderful ambiance .I will be back as often as I can. Daily would be great ... They're that good. I don't know what they do differently, but I can't get enough.
