“Tried a sample of their offerings during a street fair and was waiting for them to open. Finally sat down with the full menu and absolutely loved it all! Three of us went together and got tastes from each other plates. It was all excellent - quality, taste, presentation - it was all there. Great beer and wine list and excellent dessert. We will most definitely be back.”

“We visit Brevard from Texas and this is the place we make it a point to visit each time we come into town. They have never disappointed. We love to order tacos a la carte. On today’s visit we ordered chicken, carne asada, pastor, and the three birria taco plate. We were surprised to see that it was still open and not closed for business as we were informed that it had closed down and was converted into an urgent care center. That’s not the case. It must have been mistaken for another Mexican restaurant. We will continue to visit as long as it is standing. Highly recommended!”

My only complaint is some of the bar staff can have zero personality or be outright rude which is very off putting. Other than the interactions with them, 5 stars.”

“We come up to Brevard most every summer to attend concerts at the Brevard Music Center, and stop by Cup & Saucer at least once during that time. The coffee is great - love an Americano! - and the baked goods and quiches are as well. I’m seriously craving one of their fantastic fig and almond biscotti today. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Jenny is a dear as well as all her colleagues whose names I don’t know. If this was a “number of stars” review I’d give them 10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“If you are looking for THE BEST pastries look no further. We visit every time we are in town and it gets better and better ( not sure how that is possible). Their chocolate croissants 🥐 are my go to but we have discovered their blueberry cheese danish. OH MY! Delicious! Please try them for yourself and see why they are 5 ⭐️ stars!”

I'm a 50 year, born here local... this is my 8th time enjoying eating here at The Silo at Horse Shoe Farm. So, this is not a one off, or a hastily performed review. I've partaken all the James Beard Asheville chefs for a while now...as well as any and all "new best thing restaurant" that comes to be. Nothing...I repeat, nothing in WNC compares to The Silo. You will not be disappointed. And if...if you are and you communicate it- they will make it right. You will have one of the best meals of your life.”
