“WE have always had great service here and unlike one review ( which was probably a competitor) the owners and staff have always been extremely helpful and polite. When my wife calls ahead, they recognize her voice and ask if she wants the regular, which for us has been the sopes. We have taken many family members here and just hung out at their tables and eaten and reordered until we can't eat any more. Great place“

It was not spicy, and it was just enough to whet our appetites. Delicious! We are grateful that we did not fill up by eating customary chips and salsa. The menu was huge, and it was difficult to decide on just one thing. Due to a dental procedure, I had to find something soft. The cheese quesadilla fit the bill and it was perfect. The included salad was different and amazing: cucumber, tomato, dried banana slice, apple slices, and lettuce with Caesar dressing. Husband raved about his cheese grilled burrito with chicken, rice, and the same salad. If you are in the area, and you like authentic Mexican food, this is the place for you. We will make it a stop anytime we are in the area so we can try more of the menu items!“

“This is THE best Tex-Mex in this area. Being from Texas, I have really missed good true Tex-Mex since moving to NC. This satisfies my Mexican food cravings every time. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is hard working and very friendly. The food comes out quickly. I haven't found anything on the menu that I didn't like. Oh, and the salsa is muy bien! The chips and salsa are FREE... AND, they bring them to your table, unlike many Mexican food restaurants here in the state, in which you have to "get-it-yo'self" at a salsa bar. If you are looking to try something different, a great appetizer to try is the ground beef empanadas! They don't disappoint. Try them!“

It was later discovered the following afternoon that My Mother had lost her small turquoise colored change purse with her drivers license, a few credit cards and cash. As we were about to leave, she recalls having it in lap as she was leaving our server a tip. We have called the restaurant and no one turned it in. Just hoping someone would see this to do the right thing. Thursday December 15th between 7:45-8pm. Credit Cards are reported lost/stolen. Chile Rellenos were actually roasted. Corn tortillas were handmade and delicious. Black beans were amazing. Would definitely go back.
