Truly a hidden Gem for a certain class of people in Fairview. Honestly I have never experienced a bad time here.

THE BAR staff over the years has always been completely fair, personable , and attentive. But they are also solid, will stand their ground and not take you s***. So don't be disrespectful.

“Hilltop Ice Cream in Woodfin is legit. The folks here are awesome and super friendly and always down to help you find the best flavor. Now, if you haven’t tried the goat milk cherry ice cream, you’re missing out. It’s crazy creamy, just the right amount of tart, and straight-up delicious.“

“I do not know what culinary sorcery they have used for their pancakes with vanilla bean syrup but l am here for it. Those are the best pancakes I have had in my 50 years of life. The sausage patties, the biscuits and gravy, the holiday mimosas, and the service was unbelievable. Everyone was so friendly and you can tell they all work as a team. “What an awesome early dinner! We had drinks, which I could have drank so many of them! We had the 6 pc wings and no doubt the best wings I've ever had. Then the real prize...my boneless ribeye! Melt in your mouth delicious!! My date had the 6pcs. Of fried oysters with fries and slaw,everything was so wonderful and our service was on point!“

The taproom is really spacious and the outside area is even better since it’s out of town. The concert area outside looks really cool and they even have a stage inside too. “Coming into Asheville, we made this our first stop and we were not disappointed. On a Monday afternoon, we had the place to ourselves and Iris was a great host. Iris was both experienced with making cocktails and knowledge about the products distilled on the premises. At the current time no one was working the back area and the still was not running but you did have access to area to view the still. In addition to an eclectic option of spirits they also served Biltmore wines. After a tasting, I had a glass of red wine, ganache, and others got cocktails. Prices reasonable, drinks tasty, and service wonderful. Happy we stopped in. We had a positive experience.“

This is a place that has something for anyone in your family. The staff is very kind and very helpful.“

We loved that they were so dog friendly in the taproom, even providing us with a bowl of water for them. The beer selection was great, & the food was awesome too! My husband had the Hogzilla with baked beans & I had the BLT with corn pudding. Everything was absolutely delicious! One of our primary goals on vacation is always to eat unique foods, & these certainly helped us fulfill that. Everyone was so sweet to our dogs & service was great.
