“I went around 8ish. We went upstairs and our drink order was taken then we waited about 15-20 for the waitress to take our food order after we stopped her and asked could we order. The drinks were ok as I had two and had not even a buzz and I’m a super light weight but the flavor was there. The Dj was very good and played music from all genres. I ordered the Rasta pasta and it was sweet and very spicy. The look of it wasn’t appetizing so I asked could I send it back. The young lady told me she would have the other cook remake it and I was fine with that. It took around 20 mins and she came back with it in a to go container and said are y’all paying together or separate? I was like oh I guess we’re leaving. She said well someone reserved the table so…I said oookkk so can we sit somewhere else? She said if you want to sure. But didn’t tell us where we could sit. We ended up just paying and leaving which sucked because we were excited to finally be able to come and see what the buzz was about. Like why you mad cause I sent the food back. She was cool up until that point. I’m not gonna judge the establishment based on her actions but the first impression means a lot.”

My husband got the combo pho and said his was really good. We arrived around 1pm on Sunday and by 1:30, 5 other groups had joined in. It got busy quick! “Went to Hibachi Express this evening. Ordered the Steak and Shrimp Hibachi to go. The inside eating area appeared to be very clean. The workers very also very presentable. The kitchen from what you can see looks clean and neat. The food came with 2 side cups of Yum Yum sauce, choice of soup or salad. I got the soup (Miso). The soup was delicious and I could tell it was made fresh. The Hibachi was excellent. Their was more then enough Steak and Shrimp, I was actually expecting less meat then what was portioned. The vegetables onions, carrots, broccoli, zucchini was fresh, the Hibachi rice was cooked extremely well and had great taste. Whe sitting down eating this I got full half way threw and still found myself craving the taste. Will be back.”

“I started coming here cause it's a direct route to my shop. My Barber on Yadkin Rd. Yesterday, I noticed the slim physically fit cook with shaved sides and dreadlocks. This dude, not only did he cook my food perfect but he was very welcoming, greated everyone as anyone entered. He made sure he addressed me if food was okay. Wait there is more, he was teaching a new cook the ropes. All employees are great, my favorite is Skibo Raeford location but this one for convenience is close 2nd.

It was like a breath of fresh air in a world where so many seem to not care! We also spoke to the manager, Neisha and other staff and every single one of them was friendly and accommodating! Please visit them! There is much to be said about kindness!”

Recently, I had the opportunity to order from this beloved establishment through DoorDash, and while the experience was enjoyable, it left me with a few thoughts worth sharing.

I opted for the classic cheeseburger, requesting it “sloppy” with extra mayonnaise—an indulgence I often crave. Upon arrival, the burger was indeed messy and satisfying, just as I had hoped. However, I found the patty itself to be a touch underwhelming in terms of flavor; a bit more seasoning would have elevated this classic dish to new heights. My wife, meanwhile, chose a burger topped with a fried egg, which she thoroughly enjoyed. In fact, she suggested that I might have preferred my cheeseburger with an egg as well, and I can see how that addition could enhance the flavor and richness.

In addition to our burgers, I also ordered a Philly cheesesteak, which I saved for later. The following day, I reheated it in the oven, and it emerged toasty and delightful. The flavors were robust, making it a satisfying meal even when enjoyed a day after its initial preparation.

One of the main takeaways from my experience is that Gollabs Grill consistently delivers good food. We’ve dined here several times, and the quality has remained strong across the board. That said, I do wish I had opted to pick up the food in person, as it likely would have arrived piping hot and perhaps showcased the freshness more effectively than delivery allowed.

In conclusion, Gollabs Grill is a solid choice for a casual meal in Fayetteville. While there’s room for improvement with seasoning on certain items, the overall experience is positive, and I look forward to returning to explore more of their menu—perhaps with an egg on my burger next time.”

“Having years of experience in restaurants, I can say that this place has amazing food but unfortunately they aren't in an amazing building and that impacts inspections without having any reflection on the business itself. Tried wings with 3 different sauces & all were great. Catfish was on point and fries were outstanding. The peach drink had me at first taste...like tasting a sweet fresh peach... with a little extra sugar. You get what you pay for and then some but do not sleep on this place”
