But tonight we had a server whose name I won't mention, but whose initials are AS. All you have to do is add another S to his initials, and that's what he was. We watched people come in after us and get served before us, and had good service from other servers. While we watched, our server stood outside, socializing with the same people at another table, never checking on our order. We both ordered salmon, and his excuse was that they cook it differently there and bake it afterward. (BS) And we have always ordered the same thing there. I guess that gives me reason to try other restaurants on the strip now, because good service makes an experience for us.”

“I ate here for the first time last Saturday and the food was delicious. Liberty Island Foods did not disappoint! I had oxtail, rice and peas, cabbage, plantain and I added a side of jerk shrimp! The oxtail were literally falling off the bone, so tender and flavorful! My daughter had the jerk chicken and shrimp pasta and that was delicious as well! Will definitely be dining in again soon!”

It took around 20 mins and she came back with it in a to go container and said are y’all paying together or separate? I was like oh I guess we’re leaving. She said well someone reserved the table so…I said oookkk so can we sit somewhere else? She said if you want to sure. But didn’t tell us where we could sit. We ended up just paying and leaving which sucked because we were excited to finally be able to come and see what the buzz was about. Like why you mad cause I sent the food back. She was cool up until that point. I’m not gonna judge the establishment based on her actions but the first impression means a lot.”

“Epic! We ate here Friday after pulling in town. Fried Calamari, Frito Misto, Mussels, Short Rib and Lobster Carbonara and that BREAD! There were just two of us. What we couldn’t finish came back to the AIRBNB. It took us several hours but we finished it all!!! SO- Of course we returned Saturday (TwICE!) - repeated all above with the addition of Fried Ravioli (you must!) and the Scampi. Stayed up til 2am to finish that night 🤣 We were served by both Angelica (bartender) and Karen (Manager). Karen told us all about downtown and even recommended other restaurants. Experiences like this make me fall more in love with NC. Thanks for making our weekend so special. 🙏🙏🙏”

“I have been to many of the Fayetteville Vietnamese restaurants and have also had Pho in places like Virginia, Florida, Atlanta and Oklahoma. Saigon Bistro is by far the best Pho I have ever had. 🍜⭐
The broth was very rich and flavorfull and balanced perfectly. I had requested extra toppings and there were plenty and a lot of meat (tender) in every bite. Everything tasted very fresh and was made well and had lots of flavor. 😋🔥
My main observation was that the bowl of soup I received was more than just comparable to other Vietnamese restaurants in Fayetteville, it was actually better than many of the Pho bowls that I have had in other cities and states throughout the country. This must be due to the care and attention that the staff at Saigon Bistro put into the preparation of their dishes. 👏🤤🤤
The authentic Vietnamese cuisine, the portion size and the flavors here make for a wonderful dining experience. If you are looking for a place that serves that, I strongly suggest to give Saigon Bistro a try. I shall return here again soon for more. ❤️🍜⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

We came in with our two babies, and she was absolutely amazing: attentive, kind, and always taking care of everything before we even had to ask. The oysters were so good that we ordered them four times! We also loved the Tuesday happy hour specials, which made everything even better. Tonight they even had a Grinch, and my little one completely fell in love with him—he was so sweet and kind. It made the night extra special for our family. This is honestly the best dining experience I’ve had in three years. I’m Italian, and tipping isn’t part of our culture, but tonight Tiffany truly deserved the very best. I had never heard of this place since I reside on the Northside of town...so we were there to get fries but while perusing the menu I discovered they had oxtails and placed an order with rice and peas, steamed cabbage, sweet plantains and corn bread. IMO~ it was better then most of the restaurants in Fayetteville that are known for thier Jamaican cuisine. It was that good. The fries 🍟 were also banging. Piping hot! The ones they are known for are the season ones. The crinkle fries are great too. The Staff was friendly and asked how long they had been there the reply was 5 years. Who knew?!?! I do know and will be my go to spot for oxtails. Can't wait to try the other items on the menu. I'm sure it will be amazing.”

The chicken came out fresh and had a nice texture alongside the waffles with syrup added. 8/10 To finish, I had a side of grits and shrimp, which was amazing, 10/10. I had the Mac and cheese, and honestly, that was mid. I was expecting a little more flavor and for it to be baked. Mac and cheese is a 6/10. The potato salad was nice and had a decent amount of potatoes. It was a little sweet but an 8/10. I will be coming back”

There was all you can eat sushi for lunch $11.99, while the k bbq for lunch was also only $19.99 with included sushi, meats, seafoods, veggies, and dessert. Dinner is $24.99. If you are a military or veteran on another hand, lunch is only $17.99 and dinner is $21.99. Food was incredible! Service was great and atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Perfect place for family, friends, or a date and this place is interactive and fun, always an amazing time. I would recommend this place for All MILITARY AND VETERANS!!! There were at least 10 traditional Jamaican foods that were cooked to perfection. I even had that delicious fish. I don't eat anyone's fish but my own, but was a mouth watering surprise it was. The staff was top tear. They explained each dish and then stood back and let you decide your own bites of joy. My daughter called me today and invited me and her mother to lunch. You dont have to guess where we're going. I recommend you give the Vibe a try. You won't regret it.”

Which made my hubby’s low calorie diet & my low sodium diet super easy. Today I requested a grilled chicken with no salt and the hand made chips with no salt They were very good. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is nice. I do not mind the bit of wait for food when they are busy because the food is so good and made to order. Thank you for a lovely experience. But tonight we had a server whose name I won't mention, but whose initials are AS. All you have to do is add another S to his initials, and that's what he was. We watched people come in after us and get served before us, and had good service from other servers. While we watched, our server stood outside, socializing with the same people at another table, never checking on our order. We both ordered salmon, and his excuse was that they cook it differently there and bake it afterward. (BS) And we have always ordered the same thing there. I guess that gives me reason to try other restaurants on the strip now, because good service makes an experience for us.”

I have lived all over the world and tried red velvet cake in more places than I can count — from little cafés overseas to high end bakeries stateside — and this is by far the best red velvet cake I have ever tasted. We adopted her and she’s been home with us since may 4th. A plus for our little girl was she is already fixed! She’s fit in well in our household and is so loving and sweet. I highly recommend visiting and supporting this business!
