“Went to Hibachi Express this evening. Ordered the Steak and Shrimp Hibachi to go. The inside eating area appeared to be very clean. The workers very also very presentable. The kitchen from what you can see looks clean and neat. The food came with 2 side cups of Yum Yum sauce, choice of soup or salad. I got the soup (Miso). The soup was delicious and I could tell it was made fresh. The Hibachi was excellent. Their was more then enough Steak and Shrimp, I was actually expecting less meat then what was portioned. The vegetables onions, carrots, broccoli, zucchini was fresh, the Hibachi rice was cooked extremely well and had great taste. Whe sitting down eating this I got full half way threw and still found myself craving the taste. Will be back.“

“Best place to celebrate Birthdays! Our family has gotten so large we honor Birthdays two (2) times a year: June, for Jan.-May then December, for July-Dec. Birthdays! It is a very mixed age group! Food delicious, Chefs (we had 2 )great, fun for all ages. Special Birthday drum and Ice cream and candle perfect for the 10 (Birthday Honorees). Birthday ages 1-50, and all laughed, talked, enjoyed chefs, food, the friendliness of our hostess!! This was our second time to celebrate at Shoguns, but not our last. “Got the hibachi chicken and shrimp. Hands down the best Japanese in Fayetteville. Not even the best part of my experience.Ordered through Door dash. My delivery driver had a ten minute drive to my location to drop off my food but after a 30 minute wait my food had yet to arrive. Called the restaurant to see what was going on. The gentleman who answered (they were closed at the time) talked me through what to do since I didn't have any idea. He even called back to confirm that it was cooked & picked up. Extremely kind and helpful. This restaurant has now became my "go to" for a wonderful, fair priced Japanese restaurant. Thank you for everything!“

“YALL I CANT EEM LIE this place is by far thee best sushi spot in fay. NC. The server was exceptional as well as service, food and prices. The portions are so big Id recommend splitting with a date, friend or relative. You know the whole ambiance is good when you tip $20 on a $30 bill. This is my new sushi spot. “$16 well-spent! Got Chicken Teriyaki, fried rice, a veggies, and a large diet coke. The line was long but the employees work fast! You definitely have to speak up to be heard over the ambient sounds of the mall, and the grill. The grill is regularly cleaned and looked immaculate when I went. The portions are excellent. Great amount of rice and veggies to complement the large portion of chicken I ordered. Ask for teriyaki sauce NOT FROM THE CASHIER, but as you pick up your food and the gentleman working the grill will pour extra over your meal. This is now my primary Sarku location and I couldn’t be happier. Will take my fiancé back here soon!“

“Wow! As soon as I walked in I noticed that the establishment was extremely clean and tidy. The owner was extremely tentative. I ordered the shrimp Hibachi, and explained how I preferred my shrimp to be made, the owner made it to perfection! The portions are extremely sizable and the price is very reasonable. I had more than enough left over to eat for the next day. I definitely returned on Monday for another serving, however they are closed on Sunday-Monday, so I returned on Tuesday :-). I was not disappointed! I highly recommend this establishment for lunch and/or dinner! The menu is quite extensive with noodles, sides and appetizers to choose from. Go check them out! They offer delivery as well!“

Kid-friendliness: They have booster seats and high chairs to accommodate small children. I wish they would do the chopsticks with the rubber band and piece of paper to make them easy for children to use, but definitely not a reason to not return...just personal preference.“

“Listen, when I tell you that the food I ordered was AH-MAZING, bayyyy bay it was delicious! I hadn’t been to bento box in years. I actually forget that they are over there. My husband and I were hungry and was leaving the Harris Teeter parking lot, so I said let’s go to Bento box. When we walked in the atmosphere was quiet and there were plenty of tables available to sit at. Although we got our food to go. So I got the salmon bento box with mixed veggies, house salad w/ ginger dressing, and brown rice! I wanted fried rice, but bc my husband was recently diagnosed as a diabetic I have been trying my best to change my diet with him in order to help him make better food choices. I wasn’t crazy about the brown rice bc I am used to white or fried rice, but the salmon was cooked to perfection! I don’t like my salmon too soft. I like it to be cooked well. It was cooked to perfection! The flavor was delicious! The sauce was delicious! Bc we were trying to save a little money after spending a ridiculous amount of money at the Ft Bragg fair at first my husband and I only ordered a meal for each of us and said we would share with our son. However, when the meal came out and we saw how good it looked, both of us looked at each other like I don’t want to share this with NOBODY! LOL! So we ordered a third meal for our son. My son wasn’t crazy about it, but don’t go by him bc he doesn’t like Asian food. However, out of everything in that box he ate every bit of that salmon and the salad so that ought to tell you something! LOL! He is 18 years old and very finicky btw! The salad was super fresh btw!

I don’t do a lot of reviews, but I just had to do a review bc I was definitely impressed. I wasn’t feeling good the day I went in and I just wanted to pick up something real quick so I could go home and eat a good meal and relax. This meal definitely hit the spot! Big Kudos to Bento box!
