“LOVE this food truck. I go about 3 times a week as it is near my workplace. I look forward to Saturday the most when they have the Birria specials. Tuesdays they have a bbq/macaroni & cheese burrito! Burgers are great. I haven't been disappointed yet. Thank you for serving Fletcher!”

“This guy is an absolute genius with food, his menu consists of his classic burger which in itself is one of the better burgers I’ve ever had and another option (between 1 and 3 different dishes) that are always incredibly unique and always amazing. I have been going to his truck since the first day he opened. His menu covers almost everything and he even makes every sauce, salsa, hot sauce and even most condiments himself. I consider his truck to be the best I have personally eaten at and considering the fact that he has a new menu every week it’s almost like a new truck every week but if you are a creature of habit the hamburger is always a great option. He is also fairly new and doing this all by himself which I find incredibly impressive.”

“The food is fantastic, atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, and our waiter Anthony was amazing!! We are so glad to see him back! He is so friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are pleased and have everything they need. I came in when they first opened up a few days ago, I hadn’t had my coffee yet and he made me a pot right away! Excellent service! We’ll keep coming back and sit in his section!! 😊👍”

“Just WOW! The best asada taco I have ever had in my entire life! They must make their corn tortillas in house - they are thick and soft + unlike most store bought corn tortillas they do not fall apart. We savored every bite and then both my husband and I kept bringing up how good they were!”

“I want to say yall are rockstars! It was a busy Monday morning. I got the chicken pesto flatbread with the maple kissed sweet potatoes and a detox island green smoothie. The girl at the register was super sweet and informative! My food came out hot and in under 10 min! Will definitely be eating there again next time I fly out!”

“We were visiting from out of town recently and on our last full day of vacay we drove to Fletcher Village Bakery and Cafe for coffee and bkfst. The food, service, and friendliness and professionalism of the staff were beyond compare. It was the BEST egg sandwich I have ever eaten in my life. Come on, you say. It's just an egg sandwich! What's the big deal?!? But I can tell you it was hands down the best ever. Fresh, hot and delicious. The gods live in the details, and this place has nailed it.”

“Why can’t we have this restaurant closer to our home instead of off the interstate on our way to TN? We were in the mood for Mexican food fir lunch, and saw the sign for this restaurant as we exited. The food was marvelous, as was our waiter. We are on our way to our final destination now - full and raving about lunch. First thing that was given to us was a large round corn tortilla with salsa on top. It was not spicy, and it was just enough to whet our appetites. Delicious! We are grateful that we did not fill up by eating customary chips and salsa. The menu was huge, and it was difficult to decide on just one thing. Due to a dental procedure, I had to find something soft. The cheese quesadilla fit the bill and it was perfect. The included salad was different and amazing: cucumber, tomato, dried banana slice, apple slices, and lettuce with Caesar dressing. Husband raved about his cheese grilled burrito with chicken, rice, and the same salad. If you are in the area, and you like authentic Mexican food, this is the place for you. We will make it a stop anytime we are in the area so we can try more of the menu items!”

“Well, we had an amazing server very diligent on top of everything. Food was amazing. Got the ribeye and yes, it was absolutely amazing. The 6 ounce ribeye with a sweet potato with cinnamon and butter, and a salad asked for it to be cooked rare and it was perfect, which is very unusual that they get it perfect most places end up doing it medium rare we highly recommend the Longhorn steakhouse. It’s amazing food great atmosphere amazing staff.”
