“This guy is an absolute genius with food, his menu consists of his classic burger which in itself is one of the better burgers I’ve ever had and another option (between 1 and 3 different dishes) that are always incredibly unique and always amazing. I have been going to his truck since the first day he opened. His menu covers almost everything and he even makes every sauce, salsa, hot sauce and even most condiments himself. I consider his truck to be the best I have personally eaten at and considering the fact that he has a new menu every week it’s almost like a new truck every week but if you are a creature of habit the hamburger is always a great option. He is also fairly new and doing this all by himself which I find incredibly impressive.”

“I had the pleasure of getting to visit the Blue Sky food truck today at The Blueridge Beer Garden. Firstly, the service *chefs kiss* It looked like it was just one man doing it all and he was just killing it on all sides. I got the burger with cheese and a side of onion rings, and he even threw in some fries because he felt like the onion ring amount wasnt up to his standards (I came in towards the end and got the last order) which is something I commend on the chef for doing. Everything I ate was phenomenal! 100% will recommend to anyone wanting quality, quantity, and just good ole kindness in there life.”

“Have stopped here a few times when we are craving birria and churros. We had the birria quesadillia, birria ramen (OMG YUMMM), and kids got quesadillas. I love the fresh made salad, perfect spice level and full of flavor. We took it to go and enjoyed churros for dessert! Always delicious and the service is friendly and fast. I understand it being in a food truck but wish it were an actual physical restaurant and I'd be there weekly enjoying the food and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!”

“I’m overdue giving these guys a great review. I come to the location at Smileys a couple times per month for pupusas brunch. I’ve also had the tajadas which were great! But I like the pupusas here so much that I probably will compare all future pupusas to these. Highly recommended and surprisingly uncrowded until the Asheville populace finds out about this spot.”

He is so friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are pleased and have everything they need. I came in when they first opened up a few days ago, I hadn’t had my coffee yet and he made me a pot right away! Excellent service! We’ll keep coming back and sit in his section!! 😊👍”

“We were visiting from out of town recently and on our last full day of vacay we drove to Fletcher Village Bakery and Cafe for coffee and bkfst. The food, service, and friendliness and professionalism of the staff were beyond compare. It was the BEST egg sandwich I have ever eaten in my life. Come on, you say. It's just an egg sandwich! What's the big deal?!? But I can tell you it was hands down the best ever. Fresh, hot and delicious. The gods live in the details, and this place has nailed it.”

“Why can’t we have this restaurant closer to our home instead of off the interstate on our way to TN? We were in the mood for Mexican food fir lunch, and saw the sign for this restaurant as we exited. The food was marvelous, as was our waiter. We are on our way to our final destination now - full and raving about lunch. First thing that was given to us was a large round corn tortilla with salsa on top. It was not spicy, and it was just enough to whet our appetites. Delicious! We are grateful that we did not fill up by eating customary chips and salsa. The menu was huge, and it was difficult to decide on just one thing. Due to a dental procedure, I had to find something soft. The cheese quesadilla fit the bill and it was perfect. The included salad was different and amazing: cucumber, tomato, dried banana slice, apple slices, and lettuce with Caesar dressing. Husband raved about his cheese grilled burrito with chicken, rice, and the same salad. If you are in the area, and you like authentic Mexican food, this is the place for you. We will make it a stop anytime we are in the area so we can try more of the menu items!”

“Just WOW! The best asada taco I have ever had in my entire life! They must make their corn tortillas in house - they are thick and soft + unlike most store bought corn tortillas they do not fall apart. We savored every bite and then both my husband and I kept bringing up how good they were!”

“This Starbucks is by far the best Starbucks i have ever been to. Mainly because of the awesome staff. The crew that works there are extremely friendly, skilled and efficient. This crew of barista's make my mornings special each and every time I walk through the doors. However, it’s a crowded parking lot. Maybe, they like to do some restaurant grading for various subways around the country? The man looked like he was gonna give up. Please don’t. Lady looks like she needs a raise or promotion. Guy looks like he wants to be a cop. Go for it dude!
