“I have gone to this arbys multiple times as very much like this one ! Very recently had visited and when got home was the first time that I was very disappointed . I had called in just to give the heads up on what had happened and the manager was very kind . Told me to come in and he would make it right . When I went in for the correction manager Aiden ( I am sorry if I spelled it wrong ) was very kind and kept his word ! He was very professional and because of his kindness and urgency to fix the problem , we will continue to be returning customer's!“

“Really good food. Not expensive.Spake's is not a fancy place. Tables ,chairs and the booths are old but sturdy. It is kept very clean. Friendly atmosphere. I love to eat there.Their hotdogs are one of my favorites. I also like their chicken livers.Different sandwiches on the menu. Also a meat and three.“

“On 1-16-25 I purchased a meal through your Drive-through and was helped by the most professional, courteous, friendly and efficient CSR- Davina S. .
She has served me 3X and every single time her service has been unwavering. I'm unsure if she's gone through your Corporate Training, though, her exemplary demeanor deserves recognition.
As a Former Bar Owner (among other things), I can only hope that she is recommended for Upper Level Management, Corporate Trainer, or ultimately, her own franchise store!
Please keep up the excellent work and you'll have my business when a Run For The Border is in mind.

“Just wanted to say the staff was very helpful, and our order was made correctly and perfectly. The young gentleman at the register was extremely nice and even accommodated us with 2 free 20 oz sodas because their fountain machine wasn't working properly. “It has taken me hours to realize what happened. That young manager got it in her mind that I was trying to steal an extra sandwich. She apparently did not believe that they had failed to prepare the sandwich correctly. That's the only thing that would possibly cause her to come out to my table and immediately begin to be rude to me in my 11-year-old grandson. Read the comment that I also posted.“
