“We have always had a wonderful experience here. Might I say, we probably go a little too much. Lol. Out of the many times we have been here in the 2 years since they opened, I have had 1 mobile order mess up with the wrong sandwich. I came right back and they more than made up for it. The staff is always so kind, food is fresh and I really love the fun, kid events that they plan and the charitable things they do for our community. Highly recommend!“

“Everybody knows that the town of Franklin is probably one of the only towns in Western North Carolina. Which has waged this ongoing weird sort of lame war on the homeless. There are virtually zero resources for those who are struggling severely to get and keep some work or to maintain some sense of dignity. While this is my lifelong community's greatest shame, and embarrassment, by which Franklin sort of quietly suffers--its Bojangles has been an otherwise brilliant, quiet and unexpected little exception to this gay little rule. The restaurant really has done a great job of standing out And being part of the decency of our locals. As someone who is also struggling and homeless out here in the cold without a place or family to help me, this restaurant has gone above and beyond to help me simply eat a warm meal every once in a while. I highly recommend this restaurant.. It's gotta be pretty f****** embarrassing, too. Treat a homeless man any differently than how this Bojingles does. I call it... Hobojangles! =D“

“I know that this 24 hr spot is the best one on the map for the area. What we see on door dash is that it is closed at midnight. The first pic is what we see if we look to order after midnight on door dash, how many people would be buying late night delivered hot food if it was corrected to be like other 24 hr McDonalds that are set right? (See second pic) I hope a few hundred likes will convince someone to look into it and correct the hours on the restaurant side so door dash can deliver the goodness after midnight! Thank you!“

“Enjoyed a get away for the 4th of July and, omg, found a great Sonic restaurant just inside NC!! Great wonderful food, eat to get in and you get a light to help you back on the road. “It took a little time for them to prepare my order, which consisted of (#3) Dbl Qtr Pounder, plain, with pickles only/Md fries/Mocha Mc. Frappe & (#4) Original Mc. Crispy/fries/Caramel Mc Frappe. Originally I wanted my favorite of all seasonal flavors: the Shamrock Shake, however the ice cream machine was down(which took away the last star from my experience) which was confusing as I thought it was also necessary for the frappes ...
Our sandwiches were assembled perfectly, and our order arrived hot and fresh, it tasted as delicious as it looked!
As far as fast food goes, other Mc.Donald's establishments should take a few notes!

“I don't eat fast food often, but we decided to stop for something quick, while in Franklin, NC. The og chicken sandwich was really good and the lettuce was nice and crisp, not wilted, etc and a decent amount. The cashier was wonderful! She was patient and helpful. The employees were so friendly! I left, almost not caring of the good was bad. Receiving good friendly customer service isn't always easy to find. Well done to that location. Keep up the good work.“

“We dined in at this Hardee's for breakfast at about 0930. The biscuits were perfect. Everything was hot and fresh. The dining room could benefit from remodeling, but the important elements, such as food, service, and cleanliness were good. We would dine here again if we're in the area again.“

“Consistently great food. Great service. Drive thru is always quickly moving. I've been there many times over the years. I have yet to go inside. Lol. So, I can't speak of that. The drive thru is tight in bigger vehicles. So beware of that if you are in a larger SUV or BIG truck.“

“Nice store. Food was just how it should be. I had the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. Burger was warm and cheese melted but the veggies were cold and crisp. It’s a feat that only Wendy’s can accomplish most consistently. Chili was also very good. I added onions, chives and the hot chili sauce to add a hint of spice.
Restaurant was clean inside and out and workers were friendly. Bathroom was also clean“
