“We tried Fuji Express last night and ordered take out. Ordering on their website was simple and I really appreciated the fact that we could choose between paying online or paying in person. My food was ready when I got there (I chose a specific time to pick up) and when I got home, I can happily say that my whole family enjoyed their meal! We ordered the hibachi chicken, black pepper chicken, Crab Rangoon and a side of sweet and sour sauce. It was all delicious and we can't wait to eat here again!“
“All I have to say is the woman that works here who is a host, answers the phone, waits on all the tables in the restaurant, who also kept smiling and still gave and did extra efforts that alot of places could learn from her. This lady was doing 5 jobs and still keeping up with all the phone calls, all her tables, and still was double checking the tables for refills and to make sure everyone got everything they were supposed to get. Amazing experience and I commend this young lady. She can be really big one day. Best service I have ever experienced my whole life! Thank you so much for giving my family a stress free night! “First things first, the biggest complaint seems to be the ambiance or the lack thereof. I agree that it is not a place for a great dine-in experience. That aside, the food that I tasted so far was perfect without exception. The owners are very friendly as long as customers treat them fairly. I witnessed an exchange with a customer who was hostile from the beginning and seemingly planned to get a free meal before even walking in. Bottom line: 5 stars for food and service, 3 stars for ambience. I am sure the dining area will improve as business recovers.“
