“Staff clearly knows what's gluten free, happily points it out on the menu and at the dipping sauce station. Dipping sauce station is super clean and appeared free of contamination, no mixing of ingredients/sauces. Vegan options are obvious on the menu, and plentiful. Service was stellar, and soooo was the food! This is is my new favorite, hands down. Show up hungry, the servings are generous.”

“Last weekend, we spent 48 glorious hours onshore celebrating my husband’s birthday. We arrived a night early of our third party member and caught a glimpse of the tasting menu. The standout was the compassion of one of the “Hannah’s” on my palate: well, my husband chose the wine pairing and had a perfect accompaniment to each course, I simply cannot keep up. I stated that and asked that she take pity on my slow pace and compare me for somebody who cannot keep pace. Hannah gave me a perfect accompaniment to both the first three and final two courses before rising to the occasion for a perfect pairing to dessert. This set the stage for the main event and Chef Greene’s tasting menu the second night. The making of both memories and dreams- a balance of molecular and traditional. My biggest Takeaway was simply than I have had tasting menus from Miami to New York City and everywhere in between and I’ve always left hungry. You ruin an experience with takeout pizza after a tasting menu, or so I’ve been told. This was not the case on either night. The portions satisfied. Finally. On this return trip to where I was born and raised, we all left satisfied with plans to come back as soon as we possibly can.”

“I had never tried Ethiopian food before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect — but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! The food was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff was warm, welcoming, and offered great recommendations that really enhanced the experience. This food truck has quickly become one of my top three favorites. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend you give it a try too!”

“Mama Bird’s Ice Cream has lots of flavor choices including several vegan/non-dairy ones. I tried the Vegan (non-dairy) mint chip in a small cup. There were also choices of sugar cones, homemade waffle cones, or waffle bowls, and ice cream sandwiches made with homemade brownies or cookies. The small was a nice sized two scoop portion. Loved it! The staff was very nice and answered my ingredient questions (allergy issues) and offered a sample to customers.”

“My husband and I travel through Cary, North Carolina, about once every two months. We always make a point to dine at another Nepales’s restaurant nearby, but it was closed on Monday this time. The front desk staff at the Hyatt hotel in Cary suggested the Nepal House so we thought we would give it a try because we really had a craving for that type of food and we have been waiting all day to arrive so that we could dine at the other Nepal restaurant. The experience at the Nepal House was exceptional! The service was wonderful, my husband had a lamb dish and I had a chicken tandoor dish, I also had a house salad, and the best thing we had was the Momo’s! Everything was exceptional, but the Momo’s were to die for, we had never had them before and they were just out of this world you can’t go without having the Momos! They have a bar and a nice selection of wines. Everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to return again soon! We highly recommend this restaurant!”

“Fantastic and completely authentic regional Chinese food. Basically a takeaway place with about 6 seats. Xi’an food is hearty and delicious. Not super spicy.

The big thing is this: from the super-streamlined ordering to the flimsy plastic containers to the freshly prepared food in a nondescript strip mall, this place feels more like China than any place i have been to in the triangle. Highly recommend. Had the tea eggs, spicy noodles, and mutton stew. The spicy lamb pockets are just ok. Filling was great, but the flat bread usually has more flavor (and fat) in my experience.

Still, happy this plac is 40 minutes away. I would be in TROUBLE if this place were closer.”

“La Grassa was a very pleasant surprise during my first visit. It won’t be my last! The food was SO delicious! We tried the rigatoni, risotto and fish dinner. All the flavors were excellent! And the fococcia bread was a perfect compliment to the rest of the meal. The atmosphere is lovely and the service was wonderful. We will be back soon!”

“Look Linda, Swagat is a jewel. I have been coming here for years and I haven't left a review? I love this place! The people, the flavors . . . I am a cook myself and I simply can't duplicate the flavors that I have found at this wonderful restaurant. From the vegetarian offerings to all of the meat curries and biryani. The naan is exceptional and Raj is the perfect host! I plan to come back to this spot. I love Swagat! Do mind the negative reviews. This place is awesome.”

“Hidden Gem in the heart of the unexpected. Akami is not where you'd expect to find it. Nestled amidst a convenience store, this unassuming restaurant serves up some of the most extraordinary sushi I've ever tasted! The sushi itself is a masterpiece. The fish is incredibly fresh, the rice is perfectly cooked, and the flavors are simply divine. If you're looking for a truly unique dining experience, I highly recommend checking this place out!”

“If you are planning a special occasion or just want a night out at a wonderful restaurant, I have a bit of advice for you. Go to Chef Palette! This establishment has got it together. The atmosphere is just lovely. We planned our son and future daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner from afar, way far.....Michigan. As stressful as that could have been, Kathie did everything to ease our stress. She calmed this Momma's heart and executed everything to a "T". The appetizer table was not only displayed beautifully, it was YUMMY! The salad, main entrees and dessert did not disappoint. But most of all, the staff was most kind and extremely professional. We cannot thank Kathie and the staff at Chef Palette enough for the wonderful and memorable evening we shared together. GO TO CHEF's PALETTE!”

“This place is INCREDIBLE. I got the stir fry noodles with beef and the dumplings. Everything came out fast and hot. The dumplings were crispy and do flavorful. The stir fried noodles were so flavorful and sooo good! 10/10 would recommend this place!”

“I found this place randomly on Google and thought I’d give it a try. I was blown away by the food—it was absolutely delicious! I am normally not a fan of brunch/breakfast places but this one has become a new favorite. I ordered the French toast and it was incredible.”

“Made a reservation here a week ahead for a special occasion and was super excited to try it out. Our reservation was for 8pm and we arrived fifteen minutes early and didn’t get sat until around 8:30-8:45 but Being that I also work in the food industry and it’s Covid times, I didn’t see it as a big deal. I do wish I had snacked before hand though! They did send edamame to our table for the inconvenience once we were finally sat though which was a super nice and unnecessary gesture. Also, the ambience is lovely and super romantic. The best sushi I have ever had. So light and flavorful. We even got some dessert and I have to say the mochi doughnuts were to die for - I wish the chocolate sauce for dipping had been dark chocolate but that’s my personal preference. The only negative thing I have to say is it is a little pricey so it won’t be a regular spot for me personally but definitely a place to check out for special events or date nights.”
