“I absolutely loved my experience at Miss Chang An. The food tasted incredibly authentic — every bite brought back memories of home. The liangpi (cold noodles) were perfectly chewy and full of flavor, and the beef soup was rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. You can really tell the dishes are made with care. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the cozy atmosphere made it feel like a hidden gem. I’m so glad I found this place — it’s definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been to in the Triangle area. Highly recommended!”

“I had never tried Ethiopian food before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect — but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! The food was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff was warm, welcoming, and offered great recommendations that really enhanced the experience. This food truck has quickly become one of my top three favorites. “If you are planning a special occasion or just want a night out at a wonderful restaurant, I have a bit of advice for you. Go to Chef Palette! This establishment has got it together. The atmosphere is just lovely. We planned our son and future daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner from afar, way far.....Michigan. As stressful as that could have been, Kathie did everything to ease our stress. She calmed this Momma's heart and executed everything to a "T". The appetizer table was not only displayed beautifully, it was YUMMY! The salad, main entrees and dessert did not disappoint. But most of all, the staff was most kind and extremely professional. We cannot thank Kathie and the staff at Chef Palette enough for the wonderful and memorable evening we shared together. GO TO CHEF's PALETTE!”

The cocktail “The Butterfly Effect “ is just as good as it is pretty! The baked Brie and arugula/beet salad was delicious! Great find in Cary for sure!”

“My husband and I travel through Cary, North Carolina, about once every two months. We always make a point to dine at another Nepales’s restaurant nearby, but it was closed on Monday this time. The front desk staff at the Hyatt hotel in Cary suggested the Nepal House so we thought we would give it a try because we really had a craving for that type of food and we have been waiting all day to arrive so that we could dine at the other Nepal restaurant. The experience at the Nepal House was exceptional! The service was wonderful, my husband had a lamb dish and I had a chicken tandoor dish, I also had a house salad, and the best thing we had was the Momo’s! Everything was exceptional, but the Momo’s were to die for, we had never had them before and they were just out of this world you can’t go without having the Momos! They have a bar and a nice selection of wines. Everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to return again soon! We highly recommend this restaurant!”

“I recommend the pina colada mochi, I am not much of a coconut shred person but this was delicious! And you don’t really taste the coconut shred toppings. And the queen moscat oolong tea was very smooth and light. And I’m not a tea person definitely would try it again. The cherry blossom sencha fruit tea with boba definitely a fruity drink and love the apple slices and oranges inside, definitely will order it again.”

Nestled amidst a convenience store, this unassuming restaurant serves up some of the most extraordinary sushi I've ever tasted! The sushi itself is a masterpiece. The fish is incredibly fresh, the rice is perfectly cooked, and the flavors are simply divine. If you're looking for a truly unique dining experience, I highly recommend checking this place out!”

“I can’t recommnd this place enough honestly. We had Ben as our server and he was absolutely amazing. This was our first time in Raleigh playing tourist for my birthday weekend. He was knowledgeable about everything on the menu, made great recommendations for everything, and overall was very kind and funny as hell. He even suggested some places we should go try out afterwards (bars and lounges) and we had an absolute blast all night after leaving because of those suggestions. Ben was top tier and honestly just purely *chef’s kiss*.”

“This place is INCREDIBLE. I got the stir fry noodles with beef and the dumplings. Everything came out fast and hot. The dumplings were crispy and do flavorful. The stir fried noodles were so flavorful and sooo good! 10/10 would recommend this place!”

“Made a reservation here a week ahead for a special occasion and was super excited to try it out. Our reservation was for 8pm and we arrived fifteen minutes early and didn’t get sat until around 8:30-8:45 but Being that I also work in the food industry and it’s Covid times, I didn’t see it as a big deal. I do wish I had snacked before hand though! They did send edamame to our table for the inconvenience once we were finally sat though which was a super nice and unnecessary gesture. Also, the ambience is lovely and super romantic. The best sushi I have ever had. So light and flavorful. We even got some dessert and I have to say the mochi doughnuts were to die for - I wish the chocolate sauce for dipping had been dark chocolate but that’s my personal preference. The only negative thing I have to say is it is a little pricey so it won’t be a regular spot for me personally but definitely a place to check out for special events or date nights.”
