McDonald's in Garner

“This is a normal fact food place - descent prices and food. Where this place excels is cleanliness and staff. This places was super clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Nice place for a descent meal in a super clean environment!“

“I love McDonald's coffee. Is usually fresh and strong. The way I like it. If you was to get a bad cup just tell him you like to have a fresh cup. I do like their fries and hamburgers! I will be back and recommended it to the others. Especially for kids. I like to get the Happy Meal Yes its is for kids. But I'm just a big kid at heart. Lol Well got there it was cold in there. I told them and it wasn't long l felt like l was setting in front of a fireplace drinking my coffee. Y'all, please be patient with New workers. They are learning. McDonald's is my kind of place. Stars all the way!“

“Although we already had expectations of what it would be like, we were surprised by the initiative of the attendant Daiana in helping us when we were checking our order at the self-service kiosk to complete the order. Thank you, Daiana! 🙋“

“Did a mobile order but wasn’t greeted with a “Hi, welcome, do you have a mobile order today?” It was “what can I get for you?” “I just rolled with it, I did the hard part already. I told her I have a mobile order, she asked me the number and did I want a receipt. When I said no she said, “go to the second window”. Well she was at the first window and didn’t smile, acknowledge, didn’t look up so I rolled past her window to the next where I picked up my meal the girl busted open the window handed me a bag, then the drink. No “hi how are you today, thank you, have a nice day”.
The fries were perfectly hot and tasty! The chicken sandwich was kind of like it had been sitting there a bit but edible. I peeled most of the bread off.
I guess since I have worked in customer service management for over 25 years I expect others to work at a place where they share the human experience and care about their customers experience. It’s not like I won’t be back. I just won’t expect personalities at this store. That’s my experience at this one today. Sigh. 😔

Parking: Lots of parking in good distance from the doors.“
