“Based on the great reviews, my husband and I went to Mi Molcajete. Let me say, we were not disappointed. Our server, Maria, was excellent and super sweet. Personally, I love a good margarita. Well, I got a great one. Our meal was excellent. The menu is extensive so lots to choose from. We will definitely be back!!!“

“My mother in law and her boyfriend brought my husband and I here right after we got married 😂 so, I may be biased because now it holds a special place in my heart. But, the food was good and the service was fast. I really had no complaints. They have a kids menu so my daughter was able to get her normal chicken and fries.

“Fabulous food!!! Amazing portions!!!! I moved here from Portland Oregon and since I moved here I have been on the hunt for Mexican Food that reminds me of my PDX joint I use to go to. This food is amazing and flavorful. I am very very picky with food. I eat a bean, cheese, rice burrito with red and green sauce religiously. Super flavorful and I can tell the quality of ingredients they genuinely care about. This is the first time I have found a place that has made a perfect replica of my favorite simple burrito. I will back forever as I eat a lot of burritos. My man eats chicken quesadilla and he also was blown away and will also be back. We are beyond impressed and I will be recommending this food truck to everyone 🔥🔥🔥“

“Bisteck a la Mexicans was awesome- tender steak with peppers & onions, rice & beans. Lots of meat for little $$- 1 to go container gave 3 meals worth of meat with just adding some additional beans. Don’t be intimidated by Hispanic focused shopping center and Spanish menu-hostess was very friendly. Only quibble is I would have liked more rice and beans. Unlikely to eat in, modest dining room, but great to go food“

“Food is great! Best Mexican joint in Hickory imo. I just have a problem with the attitude I’ve gotten from the waitstaff the last few times. I’m easy going and work in the restaurant business as well. I’d maybe tone down the attitude before someone puts you in check.“

“I wish you did not store the carnitas in water. When I order a taco, for example, the water runs out the end and the taco becomes just goo. There is no place I know of that serves pulled pork where the meat comes dripping in water. Fix this please“

“I can’t not express this enough…. You have to try this food truck! It’s amazing! They go between Lenoir and Boone so make sure you follow their page. They specialize in ACP (arroz con pollo) burritos and they rock it! 10/10 ⭐️ will tell everyone!“

“This was the first time I’ve had chipotle in over 2 years since I moved to NC and I must say I was a little disappointed. I had a chipotle chicken burrito with white rice, pinto beans, sour cream, cheese and hot salsa. Idk why but everything was very salty and the flavor was nothing like I remember.“

“We started to go to the place beside of them but they were closing. So, we decided to try them again. They did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious! I love the new menu with authentic Mexican dishes. You have to try the quesabirria and Texas Fajitas. Ask for Joe. He was a wonderful server for us.“
