I usually don’t leave reviews, but this has to be the worst chick-fil-a ever. Given it is 2 minutes from my house, we have tried it a handful of times and every single time we say we won’t go back. We figured maybe it’s so new and they need to get the hang of things, but now I officially mean that.. $27 for cold, stale chicken nuggets. Cold and undercooked fries. The service is beyond slow every single time. Was super excited aboutt this location opening because the other...read full review

This Chick-fil-A is a new location that has become a preferred family dining place for many. The drive thru is efficient, with orders received exactly as placed and team members walking orders to the pickup window before customers arrive. The speed at getting orders filled has significantly improved, and the lines move quickly now. The chicken sandwich is the best at a Chick-fil-A, and the morning scramble bowls are a staple. Service is friendly as expected with this chain, and the atmosphere is great. Employees are polite, respectful, professional, caring, and easy to talk to, with a great personality and work ethic at another level. Some team members remember customers when they dine and go out of their way to greet them. The restaurant is always clean, and the food is fresh. One visit had an incorrect order of a sausage and cheese English muffin, no egg, which came with egg, and the hash browns were soggy. On another visit, a customer was asked to pull forward and received a card for next time because it took a bit longer than hoped. Overall, great food, great customer service, and extremely friendly employees.
