“I enjoyed it thoroughly! The burgers tend to be a little dry because of the excellent crust they have on the outside. Cheese is a must on the burger. The shakes are brilliant! Fried cheese curds were a little salty and maybe too addictive. Overall a winner.“

“I have never in my life gone through a drive thru that gave me a better experience than Chick-Fil-a until today!!! I am also someone who doesn’t typically leave a review but my experience was so wonderful I felt like this particular location needed a rave review. The woman taking my order was beyond great in customer service skills. She was friendly, cheerful, and thorough about making sure she got my order correctly. She used the “suggestive selling” which is so great for a business. I intentionally asked her name in order to name her in this review. Sondra, thank you! My food was also received in a timely manner and was fresh. Seems like the manager of this establishment is doing a great job to have such a great crew.“

“I inquired about a menu option at the drive thru window once I’d placed my order. Once the lady confirmed that item was available I asked to switch my order. She confirmed what I really wanted with no hesitation and asked her manager to assist with the correction in the system. The manager assisted her quickly and she even ran to the back to make sure they were making the right order. I was never asked to pull up out of the way or rush or given attitude. And once my order was ready she handed to me with a smile and said “have a great day”. My receipt says her name was “Keyshawn”. If that’s correct, she did an outstanding job and represented that Hardees location well!“

“Ordered off the app for some food here so I didn't have to go out, my fries were not in my order (it happens no big deal), I called and talked to the manager (Amber) who was absolutely wonderful to me about my missing fries. However when I arrived at the store I had the unfortunate opportunity to interact with the on duty assistant manger who tried to blame the missing fries on the dasher who brought my SEALED food. As if it was the dashers fault. I left with my food and called back and talked to amber again to voice my concern about someone in a management position acting like that and the assistant manager tried to argue with me again. However Amber was again absolutely wonderful, helpful, and respectful. I wish every job had a manager with such respect and tact as her, she made what could have been a 0 star experience, a 4 star experience.“
