Janiyah Meadows gave me and my family AMAZING service! I came in with my wife and our three kids, and she made sure everybody was taken care of from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, patient with the kids, and always checked in without being overbearing.
The food was great, but honestly the service made the whole experience. Janiyah definitely deserves some recognition for how well she treated us. We’ll definitely be back! 10/10 service. 👏🏽🔥

Chili's Grill & Bar offers a mixed dining experience. While the customer service is generally praised as friendly and attentive, the food quality can be hit-or-miss. Customers have enjoyed the burgers, boneless wings, and fries, but some found the lemon pepper wings too saucy and soft. The restaurant can get quite busy, and customers have reported long waits for their food. Despite the occasional food-related issues, Chili's provides a decent dining option, and the staff have been known to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience, such as creating custom mocktails. The triple dipper, featuring mozzarella sticks, Nashville hot mozzarella sticks, and honey chipotle chicken crispers, has been a popular choice, although some customers have noted a powdery texture on the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks. The Cajun pasta was criticized for being overcooked, and the ribs were slightly overdone and dry, but the honey chipotle tenders were a hit.
