“I have been looking forward to trying this restaurant and was so excited that fine dining was finally taken seriously in our little city. Greenville has plenty of dive bars and fast food but lacks in real adult dining options. We entered Homage and immediately knew this restaurant was different. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was charming and the service was impeccable (shout out to Hampton). It was so nice to have an elegant evening while being transported to what felt like a big city experience. Keep this place in mind for all special occasions and for people whom you want to show a different side of Greenville. Bravo!“

“If my cellcam were working I'd be able to tell you with a photo just how good this restaurant is. It sort of reminds me about a movie called "About Last Night", where Rob Lowe buys this restaurant and makes a thing of it, it's kinda of Chik Flick too and a guy movie...anyway I digress. Ari A. was the B-ES-T, as soon as I walked in the door she popped, literally from behind the counter and asked "How can I help you? I knew what I wanted, this is/was my 3rd time here. Steak Sandwich, Wow!! Absolutely the best! While waiting she brought my (to-go) drink to me, and minutes, like about 4 I had my cheesy delicious Steak sandwich with grilled onions, peppers and muchrooms (otherwise known as 'All The Way). Recommend the Onion rings as a side to your combo, it's only a buck. Ari provided great service in little time while maintaining professional enthusiasm. “Holiday Time. Had a good vibe and was very crowded. We had a good server, a little bit of a wait on the food and I give the food three out of four stars. Nothing super stand out. I had a craft burger other people had shrimp and grits or something and grits and the vegetable plate look really deliciousI think it's a good place to go if you have the money and you want a good atmosphere the bar area is very popular with the oysters and other things they serve and craft beers. $$ 15-40$ per person.

Parking: If you come on a weekend or holiday the parking can be a little tricky but there is enough if you don't mind a short walk.“

Food was delicious, we went for a weekend lunch and with 4 of us we got 4 meats 2 sides. Everything was delicious, the sliced brisket was so good my 10 year old kept widening his eyes mumbling, “it’s melting in my mouth”, I personally enjoyed the turkey the most but nothing let us down. Matt helped us on the floor with, some ketchup and Alabama white sauce, and even brought by some smoked chicken samples for our table, quite tasty, was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Matt. Sauces are unique and 6 are in the table personal preference will dictate your selection. “Looking for a place to eat in a strange town. Found Cubbies and decided to stop. The minute we stepped through the door, we were greeted by the staff and welcomed . Seated promptly and drink order taken. Food was brought to the table promptly and hot. I had the hamburger steak and onion ring, slaw. Wife had chicken with vegetables, onion rings, and slaw. We enjoyed our food and were constantly checked on by staff to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stop at Cubbies when we're in town.“

“EDIT: Since talking with the kitchen manager, they certainly made up for it. The staff I had encountered was perfectly friendly, and the food was a massive upgrade from my last visit. While sports bars aren't entirely my thing, I can give it my recommendation to those who do like them.“

“Today is an awesome day to be at Longhorn in Greenville, North Carolina! We were one of the first three customers today when the doors opened and they have a wonderful staff. Customer service is awesome and Miss Catherine who is training today. turned on to the crispy Brussel sprouts something I have never tried before! I will be cooking these at home now.“

“I recently celebrated my birthday with dinner at The Rickhouse, and it was such a memorable experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, intimate, and upscale without feeling stuffy — the perfect place to enjoy a special night out with my favorite people. I was joined by my son, father and significant other, and we were all impressed by the level of service and the quality of the food.

I ordered the lemon sea bass, and it was absolutely delicious — tender, flaky, and bursting with bright citrus flavor that was beautifully balanced. The presentation was elegant, and every bite was cooked to perfection. For dessert, I had the crème brûlée cheesecake, which was rich and velvety with just the right amount of sweetness. It had the best of both worlds: the creamy texture of cheesecake with that signature caramelized top of a crème brûlée.

To top it all off, I treated myself to a lavender lemon drop martini, and it was hands-down one of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while — light, floral, citrusy, and incredibly refreshing.

The staff made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout the evening. It’s always nice to be in a place where the team truly enjoys what they do and goes out of their way to make your experience special.

To our embarrassment, we had driven past it for over a year, assuming it was closed due to its dimly lit interior and lack of visible parking. As lovers of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, we excitedly ventured in to give it a try.

To our delight, we discovered a hidden gem that we had been missing out on for far too long! The restaurant offers an extensive menu, ranging from traditional Greek dishes like chicken kabobs and gyros to more familiar options like burgers, salads, and pizza. The homemade Greek salad dressing, perfectly cooked chicken, and delectable gyros were accompanied by mouthwatering pita bread, heated and coated with a special something that truly sets it apart.

Looks like Marathon has a full bar and a warm, inviting atmosphere with charming wood paneling, street-level windows, and an abundance of plants reminiscent of cozy local restaurants in Alaska and Canada. The clean, comfortable environment is further enhanced by the exceptionally welcoming staff who contribute to the overall positive energy of the place.

Not only is the food exceptional, but the prices are also incredibly reasonable. With fountain drinks under $2 featuring the highly sought-after crushed ice, it's a refreshing change from the overpriced and under-flavored options found at other establishments. The French fries, served hot and crispy with just the right amount of salt, are the best in town. Pair them with a sweet and affordable Baklava for a truly satisfying snack.

Our entire family has fallen in love with Marathon, making it our new go-to spot for delicious food and great company. With prices skyrocketing everywhere else, Marathon's prices remain reasonable, while their food is always served promptly and with great care. FIFTY STARS!
