“For a special occasion last week, we travelled from Durham to Wilmington try this restaurant. We were NOT disappointed and it was so worth the trip! The dishes were all plant-based absolutely delicious. Even if you are normally a carnivore, you will not miss having meat. The restaurant space itself is beautiful and very tasteful and relaxing. All the staff were super friendly and hospitable. Felt like I was saying good-bye to friends when we left. Looking forward to my next trip to Wilmington!“

“Finally made it in today after a couple of years of trying to make it by. I got the Olivia’s Old South chicken salad BLT on toasted white bread. Absolutely delicious! I got my order to go and by the time I was done filling my drink I was met around the corner with my order. Great customer service. I don’t know if the cake on the counter is an everyday thing but it was the best, most moist cake I have ever had. I spent right under $20 for what I would call a deluxe sandwich, a side, a very large piece of cake and a drink. Absolutely worth the money. Thank you ladies! I will definitely see y’all again!!“

“Cava is an excellent choice if you would like a "grab and go" option for healthy food. The Lamb Meatballs and Falafel I can say were excellent, and their large selection of all ingredients are fantastic. Service was great, staff was friendly (we didn't go at lunch time rush so can't comment on how quick they are) and were helpful. They are definitely pricey for what you get, but if you want refreshing, quality Mediterranean food and you're in the Wilmington Area, give it a visit.“

“I am a lacto vegetarian (meaning I do not eat eggs) so finding vegan desserts is basically impossible. I attended a baby shower recently which had some dessert trays from Cinnaholic and I LOVED THEM! I have never had a better cookie, and even the non vegans thought it was excellent. They were also very affordable. I will probably cry when I run out of leftovers. Please open a location in Cary!“

“We've never been to Wilmington before but were here for a special occasion. We'd just arrived to pouring rain (not the kind we get in CA) and were very hungry so we stopped in. We caught happy hour so we had a couple of Modelo's and one pizza and later were ready for a good night's sleep. I have to give a shout to our server (unfortunately, I forgot her name) but when talking with us we shared a funny thing about the JRE (JoeRoganExperience) podcast and how Rogan and Elon Musk ordered a Pineapple/Anchovy pizza from an Austin TX shop during their episode. We were joking how it sounded crazy. This sweet girl had one of the pizza cooks make a slice of pineapple anchovy pizza to see if it was any good!!! It was such a sweet and fun gesture! (btw...it was an interesting taste but I'd never order it again, lol) Then she gave us names of some other places to visit and it just started our time in Wilmington on such a great note. Thank you, amazing-server-whose-name-I-can't-remember!!“

I purchased a hot vanilla latte; it was very smooth and flavorful - it had a great balance of flavor!In addition to the vanilla latte, i ordered a veggie burrito that was pretty good also. I was hoping that they offered french toast or something of that sort for brunch, but they don't- however the burrito was pretty good...The establishment is kind of petite, not a whole lot of tables sets to sit and enjoy...seems like the seating areas fill up fast. They have a few tables and chairs outdoors to enjoy!Parking can be a bit confusing, or you may even have to park and walk, of the area is super busy. Cool and quaint place to enjoy a great latte!“

“My wife and I dined in a few months back. It was about an hour before closing but we figured we could be in an out in a timely manner. I used to work in the restaurant industry so I understood knocking out some of the cleaning duties, however it took 15 minutes for our waitress to come get our drinks after we were seated. There was another issue with the food and the manager came by to check on our table as he was doing with all other guests.We told him of a couple of the inconveniences and he insisted on correcting the issues. He apologized for the errors and went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. All of this to say, the world needs more managers like the one that was working that night. My wife and I are the last people to ever consider "speaking with the manager" but he came to our table first to check in on us. He was empathetic and asked us to please come again soon. “My sister and I came here for our mom's birthday and placed a to-go order once we got there! The staff were super friendly! They let us sit at the bar while we were waiting, and they offered us water! They were super attentive, and the food came out fast! The sweet lady asked us if we needed anything additional before stapling the bag shut!! I had the teriyaki steak hibachi, and it was DELICIOUS! It's the best hibachi that I've ever had; it's better than hiro, okami, and definitely better than any of the hibachi in Hampstead or on the island!!
