“We were in Mebane visiting family and found this place through a Google search. How lucky for us! My husband (who is something of a pizza snob) said the pizza was great, my pasta was amazing, the strawberry cheesecake was worth the trip by itself. Our server, Sebastian, was super attentive, helpful and friendly. Another staff member stopped by our table and offered help, didn't catch his name, but he also super nice. VERY reasonably priced. Highly recommend!“

“I loved this place as a young child, so I brought my family here today. We enjoyed burgers, hotdog, wings fries and the Philly steak sub. We also ordered dessert the chocolate hot fudge cake is incredible. I would highly recommend to bring your kids here for a treat.“

“This was our first time trying Cook Out and we were not disappointed. The person who took our order was patient and kind. The waiting time for our food was really short. We ordered 3 Cookout burgers with cheese, a banana pudding shake, onion rings, fries with cajun seasoning, fried okra, nuggets, a regular burger, a corn dog. Everything we ordered was really good and the price was in a good range. (Even my dad approved, which is really rare)
Vegetarian options: There are options on the menu that do not have any kind of meat like the fries, onion rings but it doesn’t clearly specify that it’s vegetarian.“

“First time in. I have food allergies so eating out can be challenging. Johnny came out of the kitchen to address my concerns. The food was was delicious ( fries are absolutely exceptional!) and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. It was a fabulous experience. We’ll be back. “Been coming here for about 10 years whenever I'm passing through Burlington. Don't know how I haven't left a review before.
They've been both delicious and consistent every time I eat there. Get a triple cheeseburger. 🤣“

“Stopped for a quick bite after a meeting. Ate at the bar and Margaret was our server. She was fantastic. They were short staffed that day and she managed to take care of the bar and the food orders by running as fast as she could. The food was quite good.“

“Burlington Applebees is the best in the triad and the most consistent. Amy is always awesome & the best bartender! She is always willing to recommend something if you’re indecisive. Service is always quick, efficient and friendly. I know I will be well taken care of when she is on shift.“

“Very Friendly staff, and the food was just as good. I was at the truck stop in Graham for the weekend and caught an Lyft to Mc Crae’s barbershop. While waiting, I asked about food and he recommended this spot which was literally a minute walk around the corner. Friendly folks, good food, and inexpensive.“

“Food was great service bad we were seated in bar area waited on by bartender who had several at the bar and we waited forever got no clean salad plates no drink refills and after an hour finally ask for our bill she apologized but should have ask for help we have been here for years and loved it but inside looks dated and rundown and bathrooms had no been serviced and understaffed please improve we love this place!“

“The BBQ is as good as any BBQ restaurant- and I think even better. I do have to tell them not to add Texas Pete buy the meat is gently spiced & always LEAN. The slaw is a perfect accent for the BBQ. The hushpuppies are amazingly delicious and consistently fresh & warm, never greasy. And you get your drink with the meal makes this among the best deals for "fast food."“
