“The woman who normally works in the store, in the front end of the store, is lovely and very helpful. As someone who has worked in customer service most of my life, I really appreciate quality customer service. I have been picking up deliveries here for awhile now, and the woman that I am referencing has always been kind. I have also overheard other customers complimenting her kind attitude. It is not something that you see every day. Keep Me Posted & Corner Coffee and Wine Shop also has great coffee, another thing I really appreciate, as I am a coffee person.“

“Last week my wife and I were visiting in Hayesville and needed a few groceries so we stopped by Ingles. We arrived around 1:15pm on a Friday afternoon. Upon entering the building the first thing you see is the Starbucks kiosk. Naturally we had to stop and grab a cup of coffee. We received immediate service. The employees were friendly and our coffee was properly prepared. All the employees were wearing face masks and observing social distancing guidelines. Overall we had a very good experience and will return the next time we are in the area.“

“Great experience at this Dunkin'! The staff was friendly and got my order out quickly, even during the morning rush. My iced coffee was perfectly brewed, and the donuts were fresh and delicious. The location was clean, and I appreciated the cozy seating area for a quick stop. Definitely my go-to spot for coffee and breakfast on the go!“

“I don't generally bother reviewing fast-food establishments. But my experience at the Hiawassee McDonald's was so good that I thought it a shame not to share. I got there right at 10:30 on a Sunday morning and they were still serving breakfast. I ordered your basic Egg McMuffin meal. It was as good as any that I've ever had in 40+ years. The Egg McMuffin was piping hot and fresh. Simply delicious. The hash brown was so hot that it almost burned me. The coffee was perfect. I ordered at the kiosk but the lady who served me my meal was a delight. Top marks to this McDonald's franchisee. This is how Ray Kroc would have wanted it. I worked in store management for McDonald's in the early-80s. So I know how it's supposed to be done. Kudos to Hiawassee!“
