“Food was pretty impressive for fast food. Rest rooms were kinda dirty and the staff was a little on the grumpy side except for the one young lady that was at the cash register. But the manager and kitchen staff seemed pretty low in moreal and offered no smiles.“

“First time here. What a cute little place! We passed it and I had to turn around and check it out. There are picnic tables out back and the parking lot was full. This little Igloo apparently does a great business. Everyone was super nice and the service was fast. We only got ice cream, but it was delicious. They also serve burgers, dogs, and sandwiches with sides like fries and onion rings. A fun place to stop and grab a bite.“

“First time on Main Street in Wilkesboro. Cute, former gas station, turned ice cream & milkshake place. Best MILKSHAKE ever! One of her signature flavors! Came with cookies, sprinkles and the whole works. Love the name! Worth a stop for sure“

“I liked it. You can order on the app or at the screen, and they bring it to you. You can sit in your car in the shade and eat if you want. I like being treated like a princess 👸. The fries tasted like potato chips to me. Yum.“

“Just wanted to take a moment to appreciate how kind the staff are at this subway. The older woman working was so pleasant and kind! When I mentioned I wanted to try to parmesan vinaigrette, but only a little in case I wasn't a fan, she decided to put some in a little container for me to try instead. She said she didn't want to ruin my sandwich in case I didn't like it! (Turns out I did really like it lol). I just thought it was nice to see someone go above and beyond to make your experience somewhere nice. I really did leave with a smile on my face. The younger gentleman working was very kind too!“

“These are some lying thieving sorry people. The prices listed on the menu are lower than what they wipl actually charge you. False advertising and cold undercooked food as well. When you question the price difference they blame corporate for an automated pricing yet that doesn't explain why they don't update their menu. I have pics to prove what I'm saying and as little as the difference may be they are still lying and ripping people off. They do nothing but rip you off, serve you bad food and pass the blame. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.“

“best sub ever! been eating here for years!“

“The past several times my family and I have visited, it's been a great experience. Theres been a few different employees whom have made that happen however, theres one very beautiful lady who is professional to a T. I love the way the spicy Italian sub tastes, but every time she makes it, its so freaking perfect! Great customer service delicious subs and more.“

“The food is great. It's just one of the women in the window is not so great. She was rude just because I mixed my words up, God forbid somebody has social anxiety and stumbles on ther words a little. Idk, could have a less rude person working the window.“

“My fiancee and I were in there this evening after getting caught in a torrential downpour on the motorcycle . We were literally dripping all over the floor in the store, and the girls working in there were so nice and considerate of us being in there like that. They never complained about it or acted upset. The girl behind the counter fixed our meals and then mopped up our wet floors , never complaining. I did offer to mop it up, and she said no, ma'am, I have to mop every evening anyway, so it's totally fine. Thank you, ladies, for treating two drowned rats so considerate . It was greatly appreciated..“

“OMG!!!! Hunnie when I tell you guy's me my mom and dad went there yesterday passing threw going home from our vacation from the mountains we stopped 🛑 there to get a bite to eat. The workers was so amazing! and nice I love good customer service and the place was so clean! our food was spectacular! I'm like this is the best subway I ever been to in my life they need to give the workers a nice raise because they did that hands down I can't remember there names when I bit in to my sub I wanted to cry 😂 because everything was so delish! Very satisfied🙂 I feel like I want to drive 4 hrs there that's how awesome it was I know it sounds crazy but I love subway I use to work at one and they make a sub the way I make mines with love they truly a Sub Artist.“

“bc they will get your order wrong numerous times. they will give you whatever. you don't have to have a degree just to work in a restaurant. it's not that hard to listen to the customer.“

“The potatos in the potato bowls and burritos are always hard as a rock. Stop dropping huge batches and then selling them to customers. I don’t want to break a tooth when I try my first bite. Otherwise, I will make Taco Bell pay for my damn dental repair.“

“Ended up going through the drive thru bc my first option was too busy and I’m glad it happened! The food was great but I wanted to shout out the women at the drive thru around 7:15pm on 3/20/26. They were super kind, helpful, and fast! So many people are quick to leave negative reviews so I wanted to shout out these ladies.“
