“Second time eating here and it was delicious both times. We’ve tried the curry chicken, brown stew chicken and jerk chicken. Also tried the beef patty. Sides we’ve tried are collards, cabbage, rice and red beans and Mac and cheese. All of the chicken has been full of flavor and tender. The beef patty is spicy and flaky and delicious. All of the sides we’ve tried are perfectly cooked and seasoned.
The owners are friendly and hospitable. I asked about the curry goat and was given a sample without asking. It was delicious. The vibes are like being at a family cookout and your aunt made you a plate. Homemade honeybun cake on the counter looked so good. I’ll try that next time.“

“It's a lovely place to eat and I always purchase a little something from the gift
shop to!! Parking is ample, bathrooms are always clean and the restaurant too. The inside of the building has such charm, old-fashioned furniture, old pics, and great service!“

“I got the portobello wrap w/ chips for pick up and it's pretty good. Homemade chips are one of my weaknesses and they taste so good, could use some salt tho. My food was ready when I got there and I didn't have to wait or anything. Also the price isn't terrible or anything either.“
