I come through at least 3 mornings per week on my way to work for breakfast, and every time they are so kind, respectful and have the best customer service! I've been a patron at this location for about 10 years or more and they truly have some of the best staff around! I particularly love my early morning staff, such as Ava, Caleb (×2), Jessica and so many more! They simply make my days brighter, and also serve delicious food! “This Culvers was extremely impressive. We stopped by for lunch on our way to Asheville. When I say they were busy, that may be an understatement. Line out the door, drive thru lined up, parking lot FULL. Being that we had received a Culver's gift card for christmas, we decided to go ahead and stay. The staff was extremely friendly. We waited about 10 minutes in line to order considering the amount of people. Then only had to wait about 15 minutes for our hot and fresh food to be at our table. I have experienced longer wait times at other Culver's in an environment that was not a fraction of the amount of busy they were. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I want to give props to the crew working. They were on it! Everything was clean, even the drink station! As stated before, very impressed with how this location is ran. Like a smooth sailing ship. “The food is good not great and the service is ok. The employees are not rude, but just seemed to be disinterested. The dining room looked clean, but the tables and chairs seem well-worn and in need of replacement. The past 3 times we have stopped there we have sat at a table that was wobbly.“

“Thank God for Jack in the Box! Even through covid they kept up there extended hours. I’m a night owl and NOTHING is open late anymore! Somehow Jack in the Box has managed to sustain their late hours and keep decent employees. “The level of customer service provided to my family during our visit was superior, especially the service of Tammy W. The food was very good, the establishment was clean and the entire staff was excellent. Tammy went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She was so kind to the young children in our group. Noticeably, she made a point to interact and provide excellent service to all customers, not just my party. Whataburger should definitely give Tammy a raise because if I owned a company, I would want to keep her on my team.“

“We went there late evening and the employees were nice and efficient. The Big Kahuna chicken sub on wheat bread was excellent. My husband and I shared a Giant size and it was enough for the two of us. For all the mixed reviews this place gets, I was surprised because everything was very good.“

“Amazing service by Chris in the drive through at 4:10 AM. I wanted a hot breakfast after getting off of work so I went to McDonald’s, the first one claimed it wasn’t open yet so I went an extra 20 mins down the road to this one. Chris had a great attitude and very helpful an insuring the biscuits were nicely fresh and hot, definitely will go back to that one and hope Chris gets some sort of recognition for his work.“

“Candice has got to be the most personable customer service orientated manager that I have ever met! Her employees all seem to respect her and pretty much ask her what else needs to be done with a smile on their face. I dont know if it's a daily thing, but she was scrubbing the baseboard while another girl was taking the chair legs rubber pieces off, and another scrubbing bathroom floors, all with smiles and great attitudes. She seems to be a great manager and I cant wait for my weekly trips just to see that crew work together so peacefully. Finally fast food with genuine hospitality! “I have always had good experiences coming to this Taco Bell! I only go through the drive thru, but the service is decently quick and good. I have been to other Taco Bell locations in the area and this seems to be the only one where my food is actually warm when it is given to me, not cold. AND I can count on my order being right here. No complaints!“

“The best part about a kickin chickin sandwhich is the dripping ranch and tounge torch sauce. Both sandwiches had a dab of each on one piece of chicken. Worst experince I've had at Zaxby's! Called the 800 number and they didn't care. When you pay 6 dollars for a sandwhich expectations should be high. I'd give this a zero if I could. Today i spoke to the manager and he went above and beyond to make sure we were recertified for our last night experince. I'm changing from one star to 3.“

My Mother with a heart condition , came to your drive through like she’s done twice a month for years placed her order and was told they no longer take orders only by phone. , So do not go to there window and think you can place an order or go inside to order, this is not allowed anymore. I was told by a rude young man that I could go park and call and then drive around to pick up the order when they sent me a text. No Sir I am not subscribing to texts, which is what happens when you give them your number. This is ridiculous, you take the order and I will come back and pick it up. If this is what Dominos is going to, I will go elsewhere.“

“i went there and their drink machine was messed up. i reported it trying to help and the cashier said others had reported the drinks being messed up also. an older lady that I assume was the manager comes out with the rudest most unprofessional attitude. she literally took a cup and announced "carbonation" then dumped it out then did this over and over for the whole machine instead of just tasting the problem. manager or not rude, lazy employee. not going back to pack $16+ dollars just to have an employee make a scene at the drink machine they wanna charge $3 for. keep your rotten attitudes and overpriced crap I feel bad for the young people working there if that's how things go in front of customers“

“I mean it's a Subway I do think their prices are a little too high for what you get now considering nothing's really changed except for the price and cheaper ingredients. But I do like there sandwiches and if I'm going to one around springs road I always go to this one. The one besides Sakura and village inn on springs road is terrible probably the worst one. So this is always a good choice“

Parking: Plenty of parking. Now exiting the parking lot can sometimes be a hassle would be helpful if they would open a 2nd exit onto hwy 321.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is 2 wheelchair access points on the side walk along with adequate wheelchair seating in doors.“
