“Loved the whole set up and layout of the the place. Very cozy and comfortable place to get a cup of coffee! Wonderful environment and if you’re looking for somewhere to hang out and bask in the relaxing atmosphere this is perfect. Also very nice staff!“

“Oct. 2024 Update. The new interior layout is nice. Although many of the dining tables have been removed, there's still a few seats including outside patio. The flow, efficient and layout is well planned out. Orders are made timely because staff aren't necessarily tripping over each other.

Never Gets Order Wrong. Great service, attitude and environment. I would like to support our local coffee shops, but we don't receive the same level of service at those places. Which surprises me.“

“There is a barista at this store named Lucas who changed my life. I know that it sounds silly but I just lost my mother and his kind words and exceptional customer service made me feel a lot better, I really needed that. What I did not need was the female barista, Kayla, to berate me and laugh in my face. Apparently servicing a grieving customer is “standing around talking” to her. I also saw her yell at Lucas for no apparent reason while he was working and she was on “break” I haven’t seen Lucas at the store in a while and I hope that girls mean words don’t have anything to do with it! -ML“

“I come by kinda often to this location. It's always busy and they seem understaffed. Everyone is usually busting their buts but there is a couple people I see that will just watch the others as they are drowning and not help. Very nice and friendly though. Other customers here are straight up crazy and makes me embarrassed to be one. While waiting the other day I overheard a lady talking about how she lies and purposely causes issues at this store for free stuff and because she doesn't like the staff variety(she actually used a lot worse words). I've also watched people not listen to a word the workers are saying and just flip out over nothing and yell at them like they have control over the prices or rules they have to follow. Some guy the other day said to his buddy they were gonna follow out an employee and hit them with their car if they wanted a break that badly. The worker had been making drinks nonstop for like the whole 6hrs I had been working in the corner. Like what the heck is wrong with some of y'all grown adults acting like coffee is the end of the world. Or even you can't use your eyes and critical thinking and see that the drive thru is wrapped around the building so it's probably gonna be a wait or if the app says 30 mins like it's done to me it's gonna be 30 mins. One customer was harassing an employee to turn off online ordering and when he told her they can't without approval because they'd get fired she said they all should be fired then and tried to grab their tablet things they use or whatever it is. I work in food service too so I really get the struggle, the crazy ones all come out at starbucks and will say some of the most heinous crap and they're expected to smile and nod at it. I hope I see some of these customers at my work and they'll see how no one else actually tolerates this. Like some people have actual issues in their life that they work through like adults instead of flipping out on retail workers.“
