McDonald's in High Point

“Last week I needed somewhere to work while waiting on a family member who was attending a class nearby. On three separate evenings, I spent about 2.5 hours each night in this McDonalds. The atmosphere was generally quiet. Overall, the dining area was clean with staff periodically checking and wiping tables. The bathroom was one of the cleanest McDonald's bathrooms I've ever been in. Staff appeared to actually be there to work. The woman who appeared to be the leader or manager had a wonderful smile. She was observed multiple times pleasantly greeting and having upbeat conversation with customers.“

“The lady at the drive thru, Ham, is the most pleasant and courteous employee at a McDonald’s establishment I’ve ever dealt with and believe me I’ve dealt with a ton because I’m fat and I like McDonald’s. Greets with a smile and delivers that one of a kind McDonald’s joy. Thanks for all your help Ham!!!“

“Open Christmas Day whereas other McDs nearby were not. Drive through only on xmas, even if you order for pickup in app. Drive through lanes were nuts but constantly moving. Fries warm but not piping hot, it's fine. Props to cheerful enough staff dealing with the barrage of customers“

“This McDonald's deserves all the praise is gets...The workers continue to show commitment to their customers....The food is McDonald's food and I'm loving it, all pun intended. The service shown from each worker continues to surprise me..they really do a great job with keeping up the Atmosphere...making sure that you're comfortable no matter the reason you're there...The Staff goes out of their way to Bring the Best of the Best service your way... I'm not joking every time I've been here they have been on it....more than five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“My stay here was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had no problems at all. Everything was set up nicely, and the environment was quiet. There are plenty of nearby activities and places to explore, which added to the experience. I felt safe during my stay, and the area was easy to walk around. Overall, I’m satisfied with my visit.“

“Do not go to this location the ordering kiosks are down most of the time the people that work in this store are lazy and do not want to do anything. Food is awful ordered iced coffee and it was literally just milk and creamer no actual coffee cold food and long wait times with no one to take orders was left standing at the counter for almost 15 minutes while the employees just stood there and looked at me like I was crazy.“

“I placed an order in the app for pickup. However upon arriving the app was having issues. Ultimately I had to cancel the order and reorder inside. I witnessed a staff member being rude to another customer during my inside visit. The atmosphere was chaotic and the employees were stressed. Order was right when finally received.“
