“Always always always fresh, hot and correct! The staff is friendly too. It’s just my wife and I and we admittedly eat like crap so if we know anything, it’s fast food. This is easily the best McDs in the area, in the Triad and maybe even in NC. KEEP IT UP YALL, WE NOTICE YOUR EFFORT!“
“If you're going to order at the drive-thru, this fast food restaurant after 4AM, open hours are a hit or miss at this location. Sometimes their open, and sometimes their not. It was last week,ba couple days after Thanksgiving,I drove to four [04], different McDonald's locations, in which were all located in High Point. It was around 4:30, more closer to 5 AM, every McDonald's was closed. I finally found a McDonald's in Archdale, that was open. I got to order my mocha frappe.“
“This McDonald's deserves all the praise is gets...The workers continue to show commitment to their customers....The food is McDonald's food and I'm loving it, all pun intended. The service shown from each worker continues to surprise me..they really do a great job with keeping up the Atmosphere...making sure that you're comfortable no matter the reason you're there...The Staff goes out of their way to Bring the Best of the Best service your way... I'm not joking every time I've been here they have been on it....more than five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
“Do not go to this location the ordering kiosks are down most of the time the people that work in this store are lazy and do not want to do anything. Food is awful ordered iced coffee and it was literally just milk and creamer no actual coffee cold food and long wait times with no one to take orders was left standing at the counter for almost 15 minutes while the employees just stood there and looked at me like I was crazy.“
“I placed an order in the app for pickup. However upon arriving the app was having issues. Ultimately I had to cancel the order and reorder inside. I witnessed a staff member being rude to another customer during my inside visit. The atmosphere was chaotic and the employees were stressed. Order was right when finally received.“
“Last week I needed somewhere to work while waiting on a family member who was attending a class nearby. On three separate evenings, I spent about 2.5 hours each night in this McDonalds. The atmosphere was generally quiet. Overall, the dining area was clean with staff periodically checking and wiping tables. The bathroom was one of the cleanest McDonald's bathrooms I've ever been in. Staff appeared to actually be there to work. The woman who appeared to be the leader or manager had a wonderful smile. She was observed multiple times pleasantly greeting and having upbeat conversation with customers.“
