“My order was Triniti Jade and I picked it up around 1:09pm on October 13th 2026, I just wanna say whoever made that sweet tea you deserve a raise! I could kiss you right now. Lol. The only thing that makes me mad is that I didn’t get a large. But for real, if any of the KFC higher management see this whoever made that tea deserves a raise. Best sweet tea I ever had In my short 27 years on this earth! Thank you magic tea maker (we in the south we want sugar in our tea lol)“

I come through at least 3 mornings per week on my way to work for breakfast, and every time they are so kind, respectful and have the best customer service! I've been a patron at this location for about 10 years or more and they truly have some of the best staff around! I particularly love my early morning staff, such as Ava, Caleb (×2), Jessica and so many more! They simply make my days brighter, and also serve delicious food! I will forever be partial to this location and staff! 😊❤️“

“Chicken Salad Chick is always a great choice. The food is fresh, flavorful, and there are so many different chicken salad options that it’s easy to find something you like. The portions are good, the staff is friendly, and everything feels consistently well made.

It’s a great spot for a quick lunch, and I’ve always had a good experience here. Definitely recommend!“

“Melissa management, Oscar taken care up front and Roberto 3 amazing workers at this location, I’m here every other thursday for the nibblers sandwich deal $1 a buck like old times years they used have this deal, the deal it’s back and in a happy customer at this Hickory place; Melissa always welcome me with respect and smile how my days are. Oscar with he’s charisma and Roberto running the kitchen with hot food and promptly service. Compare to store on spring rd they rate below zero negative. “This is the best chicken place in Hickory now, by a mile (East Coast Wings has gone way downhill and their max spice level being X-hot now is just sad). The menu isn't huge because everything they do (I've tried everything I believe), they do very well. The prices are also really good. Do yourself a favor and try it out. You won't want to go anywhere else in the city for chicken, unless you need a whole one, spicy or not.“

“The best part about a kickin chickin sandwhich is the dripping ranch and tounge torch sauce. Both sandwiches had a dab of each on one piece of chicken. Worst experince I've had at Zaxby's! Called the 800 number and they didn't care. When you pay 6 dollars for a sandwhich expectations should be high. I'd give this a zero if I could. Today i spoke to the manager and he went above and beyond to make sure we were recertified for our last night experince. I'm changing from one star to 3.“

“I called this KFC to make sure they had pot pies after trying to go to the Conover location which never has pot pies. However, this location did have Popeyes the service was great. They were very friendly and the food was fresh recommend 10 out of 10.“

“I stopped at the KFC in Hudson, NC to get my grandchildren something to eat before a soccer game. My plan was to get our meal to go but my order was placed on the counter as eat in, which was fine. I’m actually glad. I don’t know the names of any of the workers from the day that I was in there. I do remember the young man with blonde hair who took my order. Super friendly and exceptional customer service. I also saw a young lady training a new hire (I’m assuming) at the drive thru window. There were several other workers working also. As I sat there, I could hear the young man greeting customers at the register and taking their orders. I could see the young girl helping the young man at the window. What caught my attention that day besides the exceptional service was that not one employee was on their phone. They were all doing what needed to be done and was working together. Not one employee had an attitude or used any kind of vulgar language. I truly felt like I was in a 5 star restaurant that day. I even told my grandchildren that this is how you treat people. It doesn’t matter the type of job that you are doing. What these workers was showing was a great example for my grandchildren. Before, I left, I walked up to the counter and let them know how much I appreciated them. It is truly hard to find such great service these days.“
