“Overall, my experience has been good. The restaurant is very clean. The food is decent. I will definitely be back again. The young man at the counter i think his name is Brandon or Brayden, he was very professional and polite and from what i seen a hard worker bouncing around between the front counter and drive thru when they were busy. I could use a good man like that on my team too bad when i asked him he said he enjoyed where he was at for the time being.“

“I am so glad that I stopped by this location off the interstate tonight in Hildebran what a nice manager she had said she was a shift leader named Carolann the patience and great smile and welcome we received was one of the best during our travels along with the others she was working with food was hot and made as ordered as well as the timing . I come through at least 3 mornings per week on my way to work for breakfast, and every time they are so kind, respectful and have the best customer service! I've been a patron at this location for about 10 years or more and they truly have some of the best staff around! “My wife had many allergies and the great folks at this Five Guys made her a meal that fit her diet. We really appreciate the care they took to ensure we were fed. “Thank God for Jack in the Box! Even through covid they kept up there extended hours. I’m a night owl and NOTHING is open late anymore! Somehow Jack in the Box has managed to sustain their late hours and keep decent employees. I don’t know how they do it when no one else has seem to be able to, but they seriously deserve some recognition for it 👏 And I appreciate their variety. Where else can you get tacos and choros, and a burger and shake, and boba freaking tea!!? Kudos! Love ya!“

“Went in for a burger hoping it would be moist and juicy. The meat and the entire sandwich was a bit dry, and not as good as they usually are.

Wheelchair accessibility: In my opinion, navigating a wheelchair inside would be a bit difficult. Restrooms are on the outside at the back of the building, and very small. No accessible by wheelchair“

“Walked in with a rather large order. Was greeted with a smile. The cashier was very polite and helpful. There was a young gentleman cleaning the lobby. My food was prepared quickly and correctly. Everything was delicious. Great experience!!“

“Great spot! They do ice cream types of stuff. It's not a full Dairy Queen. No food really, unless you want to eat an ice cream cake. (And if you do, no judgement here) They do the Orange Julius menu as well. We frequent them throughout the summer. Year in and year out. If you want to be front and center, park up front. If you want to be out of the way and just eat ice cream, park in the back lot. We love them!

“Food was good. Little greasy as expected. Only real complaint is how they do things for the drive thru. No one else at screens or window when we ordered/paid, but that’s because they put a sticker on your mirror and you have pull up past the window to park and wait on them to bring it out. Once you pay, there’s 3 lanes. 2 outer lanes to park and wait and a middle for leaving. We sat there for almost 30 mins waiting on 2 plain burger combos. Some people that were there before us, were still there after we left. They come out wandering around confused as they are trying to match the order to the number on your rear view mirror. It was an odd experience and not one I plan to repeat anytime soon. Really shouldn’t take that long for fast food.“

“Amazing service by Chris in the drive through at 4:10 AM. I wanted a hot breakfast after getting off of work so I went to McDonald’s, the first one claimed it wasn’t open yet so I went an extra 20 mins down the road to this one. Chris had a great attitude and very helpful an insuring the biscuits were nicely fresh and hot, definitely will go back to that one and hope Chris gets some sort of recognition for his work.“

“We love Hardee’s, but we were very disappointed on our last visit, we ordered 10 piece chicken tenders, we got home and we had very small pieces. We called the store and the employee stated that they decided to fry up some end pieces. Very disappointed, not enough to serve the 2 of us, thank you .“

“I can't say enough good things about the To closing employees. I barely made it to the location five ten minutes before they closed. Despite being a last minute order, They were so friendly. Typically i receive attitude from employees that close to time to go home. I wish that I would have caught the young man's name as well as the young lady that we're working. They should receive some type of compensation for their Outstanding customer service.“

“Went there today around 3:00, I live in Lenoir and had DR appointment in Hickory and I didn't know Hickory had Checker's, brought back memories when I used to live the one in Lenoir and I missed it because they shut down. Anyway I was excited and had the Big burger and fries and it was delicious! The fries were hot and fresh! The employee was very nice. I will definitely be back! The price was fair and worth it for sure! Thank you!

“Quoted 40-50 minutes and waited an hour with no delivery. I called and Amanda was so helpful! She explained they were short staffed and apologized for the inconvenience and remade my food before it was going to be delivered so that it would still be delivered fresh. I understand that issues happen sometimes but they handled it great; offered to refund my full order! Delivery driver also apologized for the delay and was so kind! Food came hot and delicious!“
