“One of my favorite things about being at the beach…is my surf city coffee on the weekends! Staff and coffee are always great, love that they support local artists and always fun to look at the artwork while getting coffee. Definitely the Best coffee shop on the island/area! “Walked in, immediate first impression was that it’s clean, organized and welcoming. The two people working both greeted me even though they were clearly busy. The order went quickly, payment easy and staff was friendly and talkative throughout the process. Hubs got regular coffee, I had the blueberry crumble-which was amazing. IMO prices were the same as Dunkin; but I had to drive a third the distance and had a wonderful experience that I feel would be more consistent. We’ll be making it a daily trip, definitely worth trying.“

“Popped into the shop after I saw yummy healthy plants crossing my window while breakfasting at NY Deli and said to myself “I have to go there. These plants are amazing “ , so there I go. Found old books - which I love and collect, a plethora of plants, antique items, baked goods and an amazing selection of coffee! Bought some old fun books, Jordan Almonds - yum - a Pecan pie for the Easter holiday, which, sadly for my waistline, was the best pie I’ve ever had. The most fun eclectic, for me, purchase was potted lettuce, 4 varieties, that was so full and beautiful! Best part - as this potted lettuce is indoors, it won’t go to seed or bolt for the entire summer season. I have sandwich and salad fixings for the entire summer season and am never paying $7.99 for a lettuce bin for the entire Summer. Thank you! Best visit to a shop ever!! ❤️“

“The coffee here is delicious! I got the Matter More Mocha and it hit the spot. Be prepared...it is sweet! They can do your drinks hot, iced, or frozen and blended which is cool and unique. The cashier was super nice and the place itself is really cute. The couch is very comfortable and there is plenty of space. People were here chatting with friends or studying solo. We came with my 11 month old and he enjoyed it. Great place for anyone!“

The selection is huge and they also make breakfast all day, or made to order sandwiches . This little gem is located in Sneeds Ferry so don’t miss a chance to grab a bite. Which is always ridiculous in this wasteful world, but especially on a coastal town where plastic is killing our sea turtles. I asked if I could fill my water somewhere and was told I could be given a plastic cup to fill mine. That defeats the entire purpose…“

The owner, Jim, was very nice to talk to while I had a scoop of the exhausted parent (espresso/burbon/chocolate chunk) ice cream and the ridge (white choc/caramel/vanilla) latte. The ice cream choices were super unique/interesting and very good! If I lived closer, I would definitely take advantage of the rewards card!“
