“Vicious Biscuit in Wilmington is the real deal! The biscuits are flaky and loaded just right, portions are perfect, and the fresh-squeezed OJ is on point. The staff show true southern hospitality friendly, attentive, and they make you feel welcome. Great atmosphere too, casual but lively. If you want brunch done right, this is the spot!“

“The coffee and food at Casa Blanca was delicious! And the cashier was so sweet she personally went out of her way to give my kids their smoothies. “Social Coffee & Supply Co. is such a cozy find in Wilmington. I came here for the first time a couple of days ago to meet friends for coffee and Bible study, and it was the perfect spot—central, easy to get to, and welcoming from the moment we walked in.
The vibe is a mix of cozy and modern, with enough seating for our group of five to sit comfortably (toddler included!) without feeling cramped or rushed. It’s the kind of place where you actually want to linger and have real conversation.
I also noticed it appears to be very dog friendly, which is a huge plus for anyone who loves to bring their pup along. Overall, a warm, community-friendly spot I’d definitely come back to for meetups with friends or if I had my dog with me.“

“We were visiting from Michigan recently. And we were looking for a cool cafe. Down the street from where we were staying was Folks Cafe. We went in. OMG what a cool place. The owner Tammy is so nice and full of energy. We in fact went twice. If ever in the Wilmington area and looking for a cool, great food, great coffee and especially great friendly service FOLKS is the place.“

“I love the atmosphere of this place; I’ve only been once, but it’s so peaceful and harmonious. Their drinks are good and I tried the almond butter clove latte, and it was amazing. “I go to this place every time I visit Wilmington. What they have to offer is unique and awesome. The croissants are fresh and incredibly delicious. I have met the owner on several occasions. He is always so friendly and accommodating to me. I drive all the way from Virginia just to experience this place and it is well worth the drive. The staff is also very friendly!! On a scale of 1 to 10, this place is an 11!“

“I came by for breakfast real quick and got an iced green tea and a sandwich. I ordered both in the app and selected to pick up inside. When I got there, it said my order was ready but I had to wait a few minutes for my sandwich to get heated up. The drink was nice and the sandwich tasted good, so I have no complaints.“

“It had been 2 years since our last visit, but things were basically the same except we found out that they now have a Monday special with $3 pints. We unfortunately went in on a Tuesday, though the beers were still a fairly reasonable at $5 a pint. We had the Pale Ale and the Wilmington Brewery's Tropical Lightning that were both good. The cold case had a lot of other beer selections in a can including the great little lager Hamm's beer. The young girl behind the counter was very personable, offering tastes when we inquired about certain options. Views and vibe remain great.“
