“They were so nice to us when 8 of us placed a food order at 9 PM, we thought they were open until 10 but they served our table without telling us they were closing. We felt pretty badly afterward but the food was great and service was amazing.“

“We chose to eat here based on their amazing reviews and the variety on the menu. We got there as soon as they opened and was greeted immediately by the attentive staff. They were patient while we looked over the menu to decide what we wanted.I went with the special, which was the “Not so Cajun shrimp” over rice with a green beans. I'm so glad I did because it did not disappoint! It was loaded with flavor from the sauce to the rice to the green beans.Highly recommend!!“

“Although this is a self-promoted "Steelers" entity (#GoRavens), the food has always been great. It has a large menu with variable prices and food choices for all diners. Favorite menu items are the scallops dinner and ice cream pie hands down. The reuben, dirty bird, ribs, and steaks are also great, but the crab dip and crab cakes were not up to par with the rest of the menu in my opinion.Kid-friendliness: Can be loud at times for kids but they provide coloring pages and crayons to keep little ones occupied while waiting for food.“

“Had a crab boil for out first meal in Surf City. The instructions were easy to follow. The service at the location was excellent. They walked me through how to cook everything. I steamed it in beer and added boiled eggs to my steamer. It was a feast!“

“We have been coming to Topsoil for years and this is the one of two reliably good places to eat on the island, in my opinion. We've never been disappointed and always leave full.Ironically, never had their oysters, but their shrimp is delicious and we always, *always*, get the fries for the app.Dietary restrictions: Great with allergens to ensure no cross contamination on the menu. We've never requested modifications, though.Parking: Parking can be difficult during on season, but never any problems off season. Be careful where you park, because some spaces are reserved for specific businesses.“

“Was in town for a vacation with the kids and wandered into this place on a walk. It was a treasure. Like something out of a story book this cozy book store is piled high with interesting books, and Knick-knacks. I got lost wandering the place and enjoyed perusing the wide variety of tomes. I knew my wife would love the place so on one of the rainy days I dropped her off there and didn't see her again for hours. They offered delicious muffins, and a nice dose of sarcasm. I really enjoyed the place and would highly recommend this little gem of a shop.“

“Good place to just grab a quick beer after the beach.. good beer selection. Didn’t have the pizza but it looked good! It’s a very small place. And the bartender was definitely an angry elf. Think he had a bad day but it was carrying into his serving skills.“

“Love this place! We usually order pho #17 and the bbq pork spring rolls #3 - the peanut dipping sauce is so good. We have also tried the #4 egg rolls and #23 as well as the lemongrass pork rice dish and pad thai. Everything is always delicious, and we haven’t had anything we didn’t like. We have only ever ordered takeout but have been meaning to eat in. The place is very clean, the staff is incredibly pleasant. We always get loads of toppings, utensils and sauces. Takeout orders only ever take 10-15 minutes.“

“Stopped for dinner last min and the atmosphere was great our server was amazing…the food on the other hand was overpriced we thought and I don’t recommend getting the crap cakes as the ones I got had no lump crab and were small and dry. Our server noticed I was not eating them and right away asked If I would like something different which was very nice. I’m here to say I do recommend the shrimp and grits they were delicious with a hint of spiceWe also got the crab shrimp linguine that was good and the fried shrimp was delicious. I wouldn’t recommend the lobster bisque as It was very runny and no pieces of lobster, but the crab dip we got as a appetizer also deliciousBut on all it was a great experience“

“If you want REAL Brooklyn style NY pizza, Nunzio's is absolutely the place to get it. I gave up all hope of ever finding good pizza within an hour of Surf City...until I stumbled upon this slice of heaven! Wait, it gets better....not only is the pizza amazing...their customer service, is freaking phenomenal!! So if you're looking for the best pizza you've ever had...give them a try“

“We love going to coastal every time we visit Topsail. They have a large variety of beer and cider. The service is friendly and quick. They always play sports and good music. But the food is by far the reason we go. Everything we have had has been super and top notch for what's offered on the island. We love the hot honey shrimp, wings, jalepeno nachos, burgers, wraps, tots, fries and more. We love the tastiness of the food. It's amazing and 100% worth a trip when visiting Topsail. You can also get your food to go and sit anywhere in town.“

The food *Mouth Watering!!* The service *Debbie was Super Sweet!!* We started with Mahi bites ? and then had the grilled Mahi with crab cakes with cheese grits, Yummers! And last and BEST of all was the Key Lime Pie!! You HAVE TO save room for this!!! We WILL be going back at least one more time this trip!! Highly recommend!!!“

“Good, friendly service. The service was fast and our food was out quick. They weren't real busy, but it is still April so the summer crowd isn't here yet. I'm sure the service will keep up with the crowds if the servers I saw tonight were any indication.The food was fine but it was not as good as we had hoped it would be. Nothing I would really rush back for. It was fine, but not great.Parking: Parking was ok tonight, but it is early, no where near summer season. I can see the lot getting full quick during peak season.“

“Every dennys we went to has been awful except this one in sneads ferry nc. The food has been delicious. Breakfast lunch and dinner. The wait staff very friendly and makes sure everything is good for us. We are from pa. and thought we'd try it. Glad we did.Aas you can see we've been there 3 times so far and even called in an order.“

This meal was exactly what I was expecting haha. We ordered so much food and was so full afterward. Had lots of leftovers. We got a good mix of food. When we picked up our food the inside was cute with a couple tables but I feel like mostly for takeout. All of our items were inside and the worker was nice. A very smooth process of pickup. We got some noodles, orange chicken and crab Rangoons. All very tasty! Would definitely come back if craving takeout Chinese food in sneads ferry!“

“My husband and I have been here multiple times over the last 5 years and tonight was so disappointing. The steak was the dryest piece of meat you could have imagined and the remaining entrees our table ordered were extremely underwhelming for the price. The "rack" of elk was two extremely small pieces for an astronomical price. A $400 meal that was overwhelmingly disappointing and was not a culinary experience as we've had in the past. Save your money and go elsewhere.“

“Food is exceptional, service even better. Have ordered from them a few times. Last night the order was messed up and I called just to ask for the missing item to be refunded but nothing more. They refunded our entire order instead. Too generous of them. Very class move. Will be a return customer many more times!“

“We’ve been eating here for 3 years and the food is consistently good. It’s often really busy and you might have to wait, but our food has always been exactly what we ordered and expected. Entitled tourists and bigots are trying to put this incredible family out of business. Never any grace for the sheer volume they accommodate a lot better than the drive thrus around here. It’s not dine in. Never has been. They don’t pay for a website, like 90% of businesses in this area, and that doesn’t seem to be a problem for anyone else. Keep the menu they give you every time. English is not the parents’ or grandparents’ first language, and I have watched them politely take tons of abuse with a smile, like they don’t know what you’re saying, but they do. Mistakes with cards happen, but we’ve never had it happen. It absolutely floors me how awful people around here can act. When they end up out of business and you’re left with the place that gives you food poisoning, I hope you’re all happy.Parking: The strip mall parking lot is overcrowded most evenings and weekends, but being that this restaurant is located in the strip mall with the only grocery store in town, it’s literal insanity during tourist season. Plan ahead and be patient.“
