“Honestly, if Robert (old manager) is not there working no one has a clue what's going on! He got a new job but still working part time, he has always been extremely helpful and always a positive attitude, always remembers returning customers! Hopefully with a good leader things will start to get better, I completely understand being understaffed. But good costumer service comes a long way!“

The only negative thing I can say about them is their prices for a full meal will give you sticker shock, but it's great for sharing an excellent quality burger with someone else.Food is always fresh, facilities are clean, and their staff is always friendly and polite.I gave service and atmosphere 4 stars because they necessarily take a little longer than most fast food places, and their atmosphere is iconic, but doesn't give the same comfort as a dedicated sit down place. Neither of those are criticisms, just part of their model.Vegetarian options: If you want vegetarian, you can get it here. It's probably going to be mostly fries.Dietary restrictions: Five Guys always has peanuts in open storage in their dining area and uses peanut oil in their fryers. Be clear about any food sensitivities.Kid-friendliness: Five Guys fosters a wholesome clean environment and caters to average diners, families, and couples. They have junior options for smaller stomachs, don't know about toys.“

“Great place, great food, and most of all great staff! There is a young guy there tonight (dark hair with visor, maybe 16 years old and in training) and was absolutely exceptional! The food is great like other Jersey Mike's, but whoever's doing the hiring is definitely getting it right and takes this location to another level!“

“I love Jersey Mike's, but not all of the locations are as good as others. This location is fantastic. They just make better sandwiches than the other stores (Swansboro comes to mind). Definitely my favorite chain of sandwich shops. They are generous with the ingredients, unlike other chains, and they will make your sandwich any way you like.“

“Never really a fan of Firehouse, but it was there, I was there, and I was hungry. My Italian sub was just as expected, okay. Very impressed however by the staff, being they greet customers entering the store, served me quickly and had cheerful interactions with everyone. Facility also well maintained.“

“The food is always hot and fresh and the customer service is A1. They're always so sweet and helpful. The service is also super quick. You're never waiting in a long drive thru line longer than 10 minutes. You can't really go wrong with canes.“

“Normally we're very satisfied with whatever we get. However, earlier this afternoon I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich for my husband, a traditional Gyro sandwich for myself, and 1 cherry and 1 apple turnovers. My husband wasn't too pleased with his sandwich. I have had Gyros in Mediterranean/Greek restaurants more times than I can remember. The onions and tomatoes are always sliced small and put on top of the meat followed by the tzatziki sauce. The onions, tomatoes and sauce are never put on one side with barely any sauce. In addition the meat appeared to have been sliced and stored in the refrigerator and barely heated in the microwave. The meat was just warm. We were very disappointed. I probably won't order a Gyro or ham and cheese sandwich again. Also the turnovers used to be kept warm. They were cold Instead of 1 apple and 1 cherry, I was given 2 cherry turnovers.“

“I really enjoyed this place. The customer service was excellent since we ate in. The Super Supreme Pizza was excellent as were the fresh and crispy naked wings. The wait staff was very attentive. The building has pool tables and arcade games as well as a bar for alcoholic drinks. Very nice place for a meet up with friends/family or relaxing after a long day at work.“

“Read all the great reviews and they are true. Stopped by last night and had maybe the best tacos I've had since moving to NC in '05....the handmade tortillas were outstanding as well as the barbacoa and pollo, and the carnitas were absolutely perfect, slightly crispy the way I like 'em, not semi-soggy like some places serve it, which is OK but not my preference.They even gave me both salsa roja AND salsa verde (I like to mix 'em) without me even having to ask.Both Maritsa & Jadina? (my apologies if I got it wrong!) were super nice. I just can't believe how lucky I am to find authentic mexican food less than 6 miles from my house....it's like striking gold.Like the patriarch at my favorite family-owned mexican restaurant across the street from my apt. in Chicago told me back in like '92 when he looked at me from over his Chicago Tribune: "You leeve in the nayborhood?" "Right across the street" "You'll be a regoolar coostomer", and went back to his paper.He was right. And I will.“
