“I got here right when they opened and I expected lower quality service due to that, but the staff was incredible! The food came out quickly despite them having just opened and everyone was very polite despite me getting there so early. I’ve never been one to go to kfc often, but I will be coming back here!“

“Ive never had a bad experience with customers service. The people are friendly and prompt.
Only gripe I have, is the pizza is always drenched in grease....like so much so that the it looks like the pizza will fall through the soggy bottom of the box.
I always have to bring it home, towel it off and put it in my oven to bring the crust back to life.... other than that. Its good! Lol“

The manager, Ms. Courtney assured my client calmly and worked right through his anxiety, and straightened out his order and money. She and her staff are helpful and polite. “Quoted 40-50 minutes and waited an hour with no delivery. I called and Amanda was so helpful! She explained they were short staffed and apologized for the inconvenience and remade my food before it was going to be delivered so that it would still be delivered fresh. I understand that issues happen sometimes but they handled it great; offered to refund my full order! Delivery driver also apologized for the delay and was so kind! Food came hot and delicious!“

“Didn't want an entire combo meal for lunch, so I ordered their kid's meal... Two delicious chicken fingers, a lot of crinkle fries, a very small drink, and a package of Goldfish graham crackers. Even though it was a kid's meal, it was a pretty decent amount of food - and I saved the cookies for later. Service was good, and the food was fresh and hot. REALLY like their chicken fingers!?“

“I understand kids needd a job .But went there friday afternoon around 6:30 an there was some girls young girls smoking outside an i was looking at them anone with glasses cussed at me an asked me what was i looking at .I wont go back if manager lets this go on.“

“The service has improved here. Food come up faster. It was hot, and fresh. Staff was friendly, unlike before. Not having bathroom's for customers isn't a good thing. TV's never work. Not a very desirable feel to the place. Feels like a run down Subway, but with chicken.“

“I placed my order on the app and I was able to track it while it was being made. When I walked in all the employees seemed happy. They were smiling and laughing while they worked which is nice to see in my opinion. Our pizzas came out really good! I am so surprised seeing so many comments about the food being bad or not fresh. Ours was perfectly as we had ordered it. The crust was a little big but the sauce and toppings part was delicious! They made sure to give me all the extra sauces I ordered like so many others usually forget. Small things like that mean a lot to me! I’d gladly order from them again. I did go and pick it up, I did not have it delivered. That might have something to do with the freshness factor.“
