“What has happened to the great drive thru service at the McDonalds in Indian Trail, NC in the late evenings? The service is horrible! Rude & extremely slow! And, Im the most patient person ever! I worked at a McDonalds (in the drive thru) many moons ago and NEVER EVER would any of us be rude and so SLOW. Anyone else have these issues for late night drive thru?? The Google ratings used to be 4.5 stars now it's 3.5. Maybe, the daytime and morning shift is better but yall need to get on your night shift people because they are bringing your ratings down.
Oh, and stop advertising you sale ice cream products when the machine is always broke or being cleaned.“
“I live a mile away from this McDonald's location so I'm here all the time..... I'm really hoping that this review reaches whoever manages Miss f a y...... she was extremely sweet to me and help me with what I needed. I've actually got excellent service from her before. There are literally three or four employees here other than Miss Faye that are just kind as sweet as can be. This is without a doubt my favorite location of McDonald's to go to. They never mess up my frappe! You guys all take care and God bless“
