“Finally got to try Sips and Dips for the first time, and it was a fun experience! I’ve never had craft soda like this before and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The concept is unique, and they offer plenty of options with different sizes and soda bases to choose from.

The space inside is small, but they make up for it with a nice patio outside that’s perfect for sitting and enjoying your drink. Overall, a great spot. I’ll definitely be back!“

“The people here are so friendly and welcoming. They know their regulars by name and what their orders are. They took time to explain the different drinks they have as I had never been here before. They get your order out fast too. My drink was tasty and I will definitely be back. It was a joy to sit here and watch JD interact with everyone who came in. “The closest to authentic neopolitan pizza your gonna get in south charlotte. Friendly and efficient staff is always a plus. We always enjoy a Margherita with sausage and occasionally try the seasonal specilas. Fresh garlic and other condiments are available to enhance the included side of marinara. Pizza could go lighter on the salt would be my only input. Arugula salad and homemade dressing is awesome. Gelato is not overly sweet and had great texture, wish they brought vanilla back. Look out for the daily specials on beer, wine, or Gelato during the week.“

Loved the sandwich I got and there are so many options on the menu I look forward to trying. One critique would be no prices listed on the menu—this was incredibly weird. I had looked at prices online prior to visiting and my sandwich cost more than it was listed online. I still enjoyed the food but no prices listed? Seems shady and will turn a lot of folks off. Since there is a sign board in shop there’s really no excuses for this since changing prices could easily be modified without re-printing menus.“

“Celiac? Gluten sensitivity? This is your place. Living with Celiac or having a gluten intolerance is frustrating by itself. It becomes much more frustrating when you go to a restaurant and you tell the server your issue, and they look at you like you're an alien from another planet… or worse… get frustrated with you. I've lost count of how many places I've had to walk out of because I knew just from speaking to them that it wasn't safe for me to eat there. That doesn't happen here. Not only do they have plenty of gluten-free options (which are well labeled on the menu)... But the staff also seem to be well trained on how to handle the questions that we may have. I had a server specifically ask me one time after I ordered a gluten-free bun if I was Celiac…that has never happened before…anywhere. (I've been here enough now that they pretty much all know without me having to even say it anymore, but that's beside the point.) The staff and owners have always been extremely friendly whenever we are there. The atmosphere is great, the food is great, and it's just an overall great experience for us every time we go. It means a tremendous amount to be able to sit down at a table and not really worry about how I'm going to feel 30 minutes after I leave because someone in the kitchen or the server themselves doesn't understand how to handle my food after I tell them my issue. It SHOULD be this easy everywhere, but those of us that deal with it everyday know that it's not. If you're looking for a place that serves great food, with staff that understands what it means to be careful with cross-contamination and what you're served, this is your place. Communicate with them clearly, and you will not be disappointed.🤘“

“This place was pretty cool. It was quiet and had free pool. Not too many people but the one's there we're obviously regulars. The people were friendly and the staff was on point with drinks. Never knew this place existed, and I grew up around that area. The location alone is worth going. This is one of them in the cut kind of of bars you have to know somebody to know about it“
