“Went inside to order. No one in front of me and waited quite some time. They were more focused on the drive thru. 3 different workers looked at us and walked by, they did not even acknowledge us. No greeting or saying they would be right with us. They seemed frazzled and unattentive.“

When our usual vendor was unexpectedly closed, Ian came to the rescue with fulfilling a last-minute large order for one of our monthly events at New River Harley-Davidson. He went above and beyond, explaining what comes with the Boxes of Joe, crafting three amazing dozens of assorted donuts, and doing it all with a friendly smile.
