“Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because of Alana. I came here the other day and one of the gentleman working was rude with a smart mouth. I ordered via the app and went inside to pick up the cookies. Was told they were out and I simply asked why did it let me order on the app. Instead of being nice, he just kept saying smart stuff so I asked for a refund bc he told me it would be a hour until they made more. In order to get a refund he had to call the store manager so I stepped off to the side while he called. Came back and said the manager would call me when it’s done so I asked should I wait then. In a snarky tone He was like if you want but it will be 30 minutes bc he is running a business. With that and all the other smart stuff he was saying, I went off bc you’re not about to keep speaking to me any type of way when I’ve been nothing but nice. He finally went to the back and got someone with sense to come speak to me. Alana was very apologetic and got me right. The gentleman should have been apologizing as well. He needs more training on customer service and I can only imagine how many other people he’s smart with. That was my first time coming to this location as I just moved to the area and I won’t be back.“

“I finally had the pleasure of trying these infamous cakes I’ve been hearing so much about. The hype is certainly REAL. I’ve tried both the sweet potato and key lime pound cake and to say they were delicious is an understatement. The buttery moist goodness and the cakes were still warm, subtle sweetness, could taste every fresh ingredient used. My taste buds were definitely pleased. Best cakes I’ve ever had had down!!!!“

“I really can't say enough about Bánh Mì Saigon in Greensboro, NC. The Bánh Mì are simply exquisite. House made baguette, pate, pork roll and other meats, veggies and Nước chấm sauce make for one of the world's greatest sandwiches. My favorites are the #1 and #2 Bánh Mì, but I'm making an attempt to try every single version of this fabulous concoction on their menu, and there are many versions. Also, don't be afraid to try their other specialties, like Cha Lua (Vietnamese Pork Roll) and the spring rolls are also excellent. Honestly, nothing's better for lunch or an afternoon snack than a Bánh Mì and a Vietnamese Iced Coffee (the large size please!). Service is fantastic. Prices are crazy good. Also, I've never been a fan of bubble tea, but theirs is actually pretty good. My ONLY complaint is that their hours are a bit limited (closes at 6pm), but that's OK. They work hard to make these ridiculously good sandwiches.“

While the food was delicious, as always, the prices are a bit on the higher side. Still, a great place for a burger and fries.“

“Excellent bakery with reasonable prices. No problem there. Beautiful space to spend time. But after several visits coming in for cupcakes, dessert and coffee I won’t drive the extra miles. And I certainly don’t want to spend any time in their lovely space with a cold feeling coming from manager and staff. I just feel very unwelcome when I walk through their doors. And I just don’t want to feel that way. It’s sad because the baked goods are sooo good but very little joy. I wish them much luck in their new location.“

They have so many delicious options, including great choices for gluten-free treats, which can be hard to find done this well. The strawberry buttercream cake? Incredible. Honestly, everything we tried was amazing, so we couldn’t help but sample a little bit of everything. No regrets! The staff was so friendly and welcoming — you can tell they love what they do, and it shows in both the service and the quality of the desserts. I grub hubed the pork bahn mi, jambon pate bahn mi, spring roll noodles and a bubble waffle as I couldn't decide what to get and figured I'd have plenty of left overs for lunch the next day. Edges are perfect!) 4. Sugar cookies (we were given a sample, sugar isn’t my fave, but freshly baked, and it was so good we ended up buying more! Freshly baked minutes before purchase!) The service, the staff, the smiles, it was all so friendly and such a great experience! I’m trying to diet so I’ll have to proceed with caution because it’s that good! I’ve already said I’m getting my birthday cake from here! And my mom is a CDL trucker on the road, so the weekends she comes home we’ll now make new memories with The Market! I highly recommend! “Went to Panaderia los Tres Hermanos for the first time to order a Tres Leches cake for a birthday. Ordered on a Friday, picked up on Saturday. The lady working was super kind and gracious with me with the language barrier. (I speak very little Spanish, but know the basics).

They have other assorted pastries and delicious treats to purchase as well.

This place is cash only so be prepared before you go.

“We had an amazing experience at the downtown Greensboro location! It was our first time in, my friends had taken me out to kick off my birthday week. We all ordered crunch cheesecakes off the suggested menu, but they happened to be out of the apple pie flavor I ordered. The owner, Tanya, came out and gave me her number to call and let her know the next time I was coming and she would fix me a free one since they were out! I have never had someone offer to do this and it was the kindest gesture. My friends and I ended up sitting and talking long enough that the apples were finished cooking and Tanya made me a fresh one to take home! It was a wonderful surprise and so greatly appreciated! “I would say treats here are hit or miss. We tried several things. The red velvet is definitely not what I would call authentic. It tasted like a cake mix. We loved the vanilla and chocolate boy cookies (like Keebler elves) and oatmeal crème pies.
Service was good.
My biggest complaint is with all of the gnats flying in all of the bakery cases, right around all the goodies. This seems very unsanitary and just not an appealing look as I’m watching them fly all over the bakery cases. I hope they get that problem fixed.
I will give them another chance but if gnats are still everywhere, I might be done.“
