Subway in Kernersville

“We have experienced several restaurants in Kernersville that are seriously NOT taking precautions for Covid-19. A couple weeks ago we went to the Nelson Street location and were very impressed! Before leaving we ask the guys name responsible for this. His name is TJ. He's responsible for the safety in this location. We've been there at least 5, maybe 6 times since. There are plexiglass partitions plus other precautions near the counter and soda machines. When someone would leave a table, he was right there. He not only washed with sanitation the table but also the seats. This is the only location we will go to and we live on the far other side of town in Sedge Garden area. This guy needs a raise. He's a real asset to Subway. Oh, and if someone came in without a mask, he or the lady working would ask if they have a face covering. Every single time, they went back to their vehicle, got it and came back in.“

“First time trying out this location today. I ordered through the app for in store pick up. The order was ready when I arrived. It was lunch time so it was a little busy. The staff was friendly & helpful to navigate me because I did a mobile order and didn’t know what steps to take. They left it yo me to grab my chips a drink. I ordered a 6 inch meal. Chicken bbq but switched out the bbq sauce for sweet teriyaki. I added smashed avocados. I couldn’t taste that much but the other ingredients, pickles, lettuce, onion and all were very tasty. Drink was a fountain drink and the small bag of Doritos were fresh. I’ll order here again“

“Food always fresh definitely one of the cleaner subways... staff is always ?? to deal with... enjoy my food every time I eat here.... only issue is sometimes there are Flys flying around.... but the do keep the glass closed over food more than I see other subways.... and the other day they were out of turkey which was very dissemination since that's all I eat and I'm pregnant!“

“This subway is located inside of Walmart, making it a convenient place to snag a quick bite to eat without additional stops. We've been here a few times and always see different employees. The staff has been professional and kind. Our subs have been made correctly and the ingredients taste fresh. I love that they have an ICEE machine. Large open dining area can accommodate a ton of people and still not feel crowded. There is a bell, in case the employees are busy in the back. We always get 2 foot long subs and usually pay less than $20 total, tax included.“
