“Walked up to this food truck and was immediately greeted by amazing smells! The gentleman working the counter wasn't overly talkative but that's fine, the man was focused.I ordered a Caribbean shrimp quesadilla, a jerk chicken eggroll, and a strawberry lemonade.The quesadilla was good. The shrimp was cooked nice but there wasn't a lot of volume to this quesadilla. Just cheese and shrimp, not a whole lot of flavor for me. All quesadillas are served with chips and queso, big bonus for me! Then the eggroll, these things are MASSIVE! An eggroll stuffed with Cabbage and jerk chicken, wooo these things packed some heat but they were delicious. I split the eggroll with a friend of mine who couldn't stop raving about the jerk chicken quesadilla and the eggroll.I gotta say, if you're looking for some delicious jerk chicken or Caribbean food, give this food truck a try!“

“The Depot on First has been open since October 2023 and since then has simply excelled as the only fine dining restaurant in the area. I think much of their success is based on the fact they not only maintain consistency in areas such as attention to detail, exceptional customer service and quality culinary experience, they also continue to evolve and adapt to changing tastes, trends, and customer preferences. I enjoy seeing their ongoing tasting and intimate dining events, of which I will have to attend at some point. Another cornerstone of success for many restaurant's is Authenticity, and this Farm-to-table restaurant continues to prioritize authenticity by sourcing quality ingredients directly from local farms and producers. They don't take any shortcuts when it comes to freshly prepared food to save time which is why I will wait patiently in the elegantly decorated intimate, warm and inviting dining room for my entree upon every visit. No Rush! Just me bring me another perfectly prepared old fashioned. Don't hesitate to step outside of the box and try something new on the menu, I am not a fan of porkchops, but I have become a fan of theirs. This is an environment that will put a smile on your face, Ben and staff are simply exceptional, every visit feels like coming home to dinner. “I don't know what's in that chicken over rice sauce... but it was good. They're generous with the sauce so if you're not a big sauce person, definitely ask for it on the side. The hot sauce was interesting too, it had a gochujang-type base that gave it a nice sweet kick. I'd definitely come back. And if you're hungry, go ahead and get the large.“

“Sarge's sauce made my shrimp and grits easier and more flavorful than my usual recipe. I simply sauteed chopped onion, bell pepper and garlic, added Sarge's sauce and chicken broth, and then added the sauted shrimp. I plated it by putting it on top of my cooked grits and then topping it with a bit of chopped tomato. Yum!“

“My first time here. I have been craving food from a Halal Food Truck in FOREVER ! And when I tell yall, they have the BEST absolute BEST Philly Cheesesteak with Fries omg . Them Fries were so deliciousss I would eat that every day each week if I could its so goodd . I ate it literally yesterday & I want it for Lunch && Dinner right now and for tomorrow 😭 it’s sooo goood . Flavor was authentic and the best part is that they have HOMEMADE tortillas. You will not come across a food truck this good. I stopped by visiting some friends and was truly amazed. “Possibly the best empanadas I've ever had. I had the Southern and La Tumbada. Both were amazing but the La Tumbada was super good, with the pico de gallo and avocado. The shell is fried to perfection and adds a complement to the flavors within. I'll definitely look for this food truck again!“

“I had a great experience at Fat Boys Shack in Wake Forest, NC. The food was delicious, and the customer service was a 10/10 from the moment I walked in. My tenders were fried hard just the way I like them without even having to ask, which was a pleasant surprise. The lemonade was also very good and refreshing. The restaurant itself was clean and well kept. Shoutout to the manager on duty, Paige Terry, and employee Tiara Spence for providing excellent service and making the visit even better.
