“I lived in northern New Jersey for 65 years. New Jersey had an abundance of great hot dog and Texas wiener joints. The old Callahan’s and Hiram’s in Fort Lee, Jonny & Hanges in Paterson, the Hot Grill, Goffle Grill and more. I moved down to Raleigh 5 1/2 years ago and it is impossible to get a great wiener with mustard, onions and chilli. Very disappointing. I found Steve’s when I had my car serviced. I must say the all-the-way hot dogs were the closest to my beloved New Jersey weiners. Fries were hot and crispy and the lemonade delicious. Not the most fancy place but the service is friendly and fast. I’ll be back for more.“

“We have been driving ALL DAY and saw the sign for Five Guys and were starvin' Marvin' hungry... Went in 20 minutes before closing. Asked the cook if we would be hindering their closing and he smiled real big and welconed us in and said it would be no problem. Same with the young man who was busy cleaning up for the night. “My wife and I had a craving for burgers to go with chili on them. I ordered one regular burger Cook Out style and one regular burger tray with fries and onion rings. The fries and onion rings were good. The burgers were really good. The banana pudding shake was one of the most amazing desserts ever, which we shared nicely. The only reason that I gave the atmosphere a "4" is because it is tough waiting in the drive through lane smelling all the good food while waiting for my food to be made. Thanks Cook Out!“
