“The Depot on First has been open since October 2023 and since then has simply excelled as the only fine dining restaurant in the area. I think much of their success is based on the fact they not only maintain consistency in areas such as attention to detail, exceptional customer service and quality culinary experience, they also continue to evolve and adapt to changing tastes, trends, and customer preferences. I enjoy seeing their ongoing tasting and intimate dining events, of which I will have to attend at some point. Another cornerstone of success for many restaurant's is Authenticity, and this Farm-to-table restaurant continues to prioritize authenticity by sourcing quality ingredients directly from local farms and producers. They don't take any shortcuts when it comes to freshly prepared food to save time which is why I will wait patiently in the elegantly decorated intimate, warm and inviting dining room for my entree upon every visit. No Rush! Just me bring me another perfectly prepared old fashioned. Don't hesitate to step outside of the box and try something new on the menu, I am not a fan of porkchops, but I have become a fan of theirs. This is an environment that will put a smile on your face, Ben and staff are simply exceptional, every visit feels like coming home to dinner. “We love our local Panera Bread here in Knightdale.
We especially love how we are welcomed by everyone there with broad smiles, quick service and attention to detail. Bea could not be any more welcoming and friendly to us when we arrive several times a week. Panera is extremely fortunate to have her accommodating attitude and giving heart on staff. Becky and I really look forward to our next memorable visit.

“Thank you to the amazing young guys working yesterday! I was in the drive thru and realized I only had a credit card that wasn’t activated yet.🫣 My son was several vehicles up and on a zoom meeting in the drive thru. I said, “that’s my son up there in the big blue truck he will pay for me!” Thanks for being so nice to my crazy self and allowing my son to pay for me!🤣“

“We had the wonderful opportunity of trying this restaurant and oh boy we LOVED IT!!
Our server was new and he was trying so hard to understand the Spanish names as he did not speak Spanish but his attention, politeness and customer service was great.
I ordered the Pollo a la Plancha with black beans and sweet plantains. Chicken was tender, juicy, grilled onions were cooked perfectly. The beans and maduros (sweet plantains) were perfect
Husband had the chimi burger and it was very good. He also had a chicken and beef empeñadas that were great. Now the Moro (rice and beans) stole the show, we believe is the best Moro we have ever had.
We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back.“

“Got the lunch steak fajitas and very happy. First of all they're salsa is very tasty and their side of walk was good. Great music playing, nice people working there and the fajitas were tender and seasoned lately with good flavor. Last place I went had rubbery fajita meat and hated it. I will definitely be back.“

“This place left me speechless. We came here late after trick or treating and we were greeted instantly upon entrance, we were checked on constantly by bar tender, host and server. Always so kind and attentive being a woman of color in this area of town made me feel so safe and welcomed. Customer service and food was spectacular, TOP NOTCH. Lastly, when leaving we were thanked for being by multiple staff members. What a beautiful environment. I loved this place and will recommend for catering for my work since im in charge of ordering catering for events.“

“Tuesday evening my husband and I went to Jason's Deli for dinner. Instead of my usual Muffalatta I tried a turkey wrap and a cup of chili. The wrap was very good but, the chili was the BEST that I have ever had !!! Next time no sandwich, just a bowl of that AMAZING chili. Better than my homemade.“

“Nice small deli if you work at any of the buildings around Highwoods. The sandwhich was reasonably priced. You can definitely get a meal (drink, sandwhich and chips) around $10. To find the place you go past the parking garage, sign in at the front, take the elevators down to Floor one and make a right when you come out. The place is very clean and cozy. A hidden gem.“

“I have never seen or experienced such great customer service like I have here, the staff is extremely friendly always has great attitudes and always smiling, the managers are always friendly as well. The staff always makes sure you have what you need and if something is wrong they will sort it out and make sure it is resolved. They are always making sure the lobby is clean and neat. “I visited CFA in Garner this week. I was truly amazed by the customer service. Ka-shi took my order and was very pleasant. On the way to the pick up window, I remembered that I forgot to replace the fries with the Mac and asked Asia ( I believe this was her name) if she could replace it. She responded with a smile and said she would take care of it! There was another young lady working along side Asia. All of a sudden (((HUNTER))) asked Asia to confiscate the kids fries…. I have never in all my visits to CFA had an employee to ask for the food to be returned…or passed back through the drive through window. I found that awkward. As I mentioned the young ladies appeared to enjoy their job! All of a sudden ((HUNTER)) demanded the third young lady to come to the office. ((HUNTER)) did not appear to bubbly, in fact she never had a smile on her face and just looked as if she was irritated with the young lady. I didn’t appreciate ((HUNTER)) treating that employee with no respect in-front of a customer. The employee didn’t waste anytime following a DEMAND. ((HUNTER )) work on your customer service and people skills. Parents check on ur children! Let’s not use authority to intimidate these young ladies!!!! Please feel free to inbox me if need be. And I forgot to add - While ((HUNTER)) was busy being rude! She forgot by daughter’s sauce for her nuggets!“
