“Had my first catfish and absolutely loved it! The cupcakes and hotdogs were delicious! My husband and sister-in-law couldn't stop praising their meals. We all reminisced on our dishes hours later, and probably years to come. Great prices as well, fast service, friendly, patient, and accommodating! “The Carnitas (pork) Burrito was full of flavor, the avocado, other fresh ingredients and verde green sauce were all very good. Most of the tortilla was completely burnt, but the parts that weren't tasted so amazing. The onions & peppers were overpowering all the good stuff, but that's just my opinion as Lebowski would say. Service was decent enough, waited at the picnic table area. I'd recommend it, but I didn't have the same 5-star experience as most people have had here. “As I write this, I am thinking about when I can visit this truck again for more gumbo. A perfect fit for the cool weather but delicious anytime. This is our first visit to this truck while it was parked at Palisades Apt in South AVL. Grush and Panda opened this business a few months back and have plenty of reviews on another major site. Had to add this business to Yelp to get the word out for the locals. My gumbo order was plentiful and could easily be shared. Totally filling for a meal, however. My partner raved about the shrimp sandwich especially the slaw. Panda was friendly and shared some info on how this concept got off the ground. “We found this little gem while coming back from a trip up in Tennessee. Wanted something different for lunch before a hike up the road. Wow. This place is so good. I can’t say enough about the food. So so good. Had the pulled beef. Man so flavorful. I got the beans and coleslaw. My husband got the pulled pork sandwich. Really great. Piled high and everything is made in house. They don’t have a microwave or a freezer. Nice. Great bbq sauces. The owner is super cool and knows his stuff. You have to check this place out. Plus he has bands play during the week. “I've been to Bun Intended before and had great baos, but I had the curry plate today. It was SO good! First, it was a really sizable portion, which was a great surprise. Second, and more importantly, it was delicious! Everything was well cooked and well seasoned. Curry was marked as spicy, and I always get disappointed when something says spicy but ends up being mild. Spice on this did not disappoint! It was really delicious, and I'm looking forward to going back soon!“

Had a farmhouse ale that was delicious and the husband had a barley wine that was great.Food truck and snacks offered at bar.Parking is free and right outside building. If you have a lowered vehicle, watch when coming off road down into parking lot. Little rough.“

“Damn this place was amazing! Everything was delicious, sides, main meats, everything! The bacon wrapped meatballs were the star of the show along with the smoked turkey breast. Ambiance was nice, we sat outside and the live music wasn't too loud. Service was fast and there wasn't a line at the time. We went back on our last day in Asheville to get a dozen meatballs to-go!“

“After following them for years, I finally got to try out their food on Sunday at New Belgium in Asheville. I had the fried oyster sandwich. Probably the BEST fried oysters I've every had... tender, crispy and perfect. Unfortunately I couldn't have the sauce that they put with it because it contains milk, and they didn't offer me an alternative. So I just put some crystal hot sauce on it. My husband had the Seintan sandwich (vegan) that was spiced to taste like Italian sausage. He said it was quite good, and would order again.“
