“I ordered a chicken wrap and fries. When I received my order, I checked the fries to see if they were hot. Not even close. I told the girl that I wanted hot fries and she acted like I was bothering her. Invariably at this particular McDonald's, I have to send the fries back. It is close to home, so that is why I go there.“
“My daughter and I did a mobile order from her app and that was the best double quarter pounder with cheese that I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s. It was perfectly seasoned, hot, made the way I requested, with melted cheese. Usually these start getting cold after about 1-2 bites and it remained hot the entire time I was eating it. My daughter said that the fries were perfectly seasoned as well. Customer service was good as well. We were only in Lumberton for my grandson’s doctors appointment.
